Ausschlag, brennende und schuppige Haut
Ich habe verschiedene Cremes (auch aus dem höchsten Preissegment) von Origins in Metzingen bei Douglas gekauft. Mir haben die Cremes überhaupt nicht gefallen. Bei manchen rollte mir die Creme immer runter, also ist ganz nicht eingezogen. Bei manchen hatte ich immer morgens oder abends schuppige gerötete Haut. Bei einer Nachtcreme (dunkel oliv grüne Tube) habe ich nach ein paar mal Nutzung sehr rote und empfindliche brennende Stellen bekommen. Ich fand sehr schade, weil die Kosmetik aus meiner Sicht nicht billig ist und werbt mit Natur Stoffen. Da muss ich sagen, dass einfache Lavera aus DM mir deutlich mehr geholfen hat und weniger aggressiv erschien.
Von mir ganz klare keine Kaufempfehlung!
Terrible customer service since COVID-19
I used to buy from online a lot, and the service was great. Fast shipping. However, things started to turn bad since COVID-19. My order a full size mask and received a sample instead. I called and I was told there will be a confirmation email, but I never got that. The package never came. I called couple more times and spent a month to get my mask.
I ordered again recently with my birthday coupon. The coupon doesn’t work at all, and I used the live chat. The representative was so unprofessional. She told me the coupon was added to the cart and I saw nothing and still at full price. She said she saw that on her screen and kept trying to end the chat. Finally she offered to refund if I order at full price and give the order number to her. I did. Of course, the refund never came. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks. I still not getting any refund and the answer remained the same. It is terrible customer service.

Lousy website & service
Lousy website. Lousy customer service. At the time of my order, I was told I would receive it by Monday, June 29, 2020. Since I didn't receive it, I searched the website for tracking information, which is nonexistent. Then I attempted to use the chat option, which doesn't work. So I texted and they replied they can't help me and directed me to the nonexistent chat. So I was forced to call and hold for an unreasonable amount of time and was then met with a rude representative, telling me I won't get my order until "tomorrow" and blamed the delay on COVID, which is ridiculous. I will NEVER again order from Origins online.
UPDATE: I ended up getting my order 4 days late.

I have been an Orgins customer for 30 years. I love their products hate their customer service. The last few orders I have placed they have said they couldn't process my card. Today the same thing happened. I gave them another card and the same thing. I shop on line frequently and do not have this problem with anyone else. They had me call my bank and when I called them back the call got dropped. (I was on hold for 30 minutes each time trying to get a rep to answer). The bank said they never got a request. II spent about 2 hours this morning trying to get an order. I have decided that I will look for another skin care line as Orgins appears to not care for its customers.
Good customer care experience
This is probably one of the few skin care companies that gives a 20% discount for students. I was trying to place my order and my student coupon code did not work. I contacted the customer care regarding the same. They credited my student discount as soon as the order shipped.
I love their products- the charcoal face mask works wonders! I purchased the face mask July 2019 and it lasted till march 2020! Their Ginzing eye cream is great as well!
Great Product awful business model & digital experience
I’ve been using Origins for years, they have great products but awful supply chain and digital channels. The website is a joke, UX designed by someone who clearly doesn’t understand the basics of modern web design (eg make it work on multiple browsers, iPhones, iPads etc). The order & fulfilment process is very painful. The order itself takes forever to arrive unless you pay £5 for speedy delivery. Given an average order is £50-£70 you’d expect a better fulfilment service. They throw in samples that are just random and not tailored to your shopping history. If I was in charge of sales I’d offer regular customers samples of products they haven’t used opposed to a sample of something they’ve been ordering for months. The whole business model is broken which is a shame because it’s a good product.

I enjoy very must some products from origins, namely from the collections Dr. Weil Mega-Mushroom. I’ve been buying them whenever I travel aboard as I cannot find them where I live. Last year, at Black Friday, for the first time, I decided to give it a try at the european origins website. During the whole weekend it was almost impossible to enter the website. Finally, on Monday 2nd December 2019, I was able to place my order (nº 1756869612). That was almost too good to be true, and it was, as the following day the order was cancelled, but they still took the money from my paypal account (who does this?). Since the 3rd December 2019 I sent emails, messages and complaints through paypal trying to find out why my order was cancled and asking for the refund. Guess what, not even a single answer. I even sent a message through the Facebook page, but again without any answer. Some of the products were Christmas presents. I was left without the presents and without the money to buy new ones. I only managed to get my money back thaks to Paypal. They never answered any of my complaints. This is by far my worst buying experience online ever.

Slechte website. Betaling loopt steeds vast. Samples gekozen maar niet gekregen. Bij besteding vanaf een bepaalde bedrag zou er een cadeau worden meegezonden. Ik mis het cadeau en 1 sample bij ontvangst. Na weken mailen waarbij men eerst de hele bestelling niet kon vinden nog steeds geen antwoord. Had het niet verwacht van zo’n groot merk (onderdeel van Estee Lauder). Ga er nooit meer bestellen.

Los van de producten (daar ben ik tevreden over), de website functioneert niet. Bug in betaling waarbij betalen via Ideal niet mogelijk is. Uiteindelijk heb ik wel een bestelling kunnen plaatsen door betaling via Mastercard op 21-01-2020. Na een bevestiging te hebben ontvangen niets meer vernomen. Vandaag (29-01-2020) de status van mijn bestelling bekeken, zie ik dat deze is geannuleerd! Zonder dat ik hiervan op de hoogte was. Echt heel vervelend! Telefonisch contact gehad en het bleek (wederom) een technische fout te zijn. Nu maar hopen dat ik mijn geld terug krijg. Ik bestel de producten wel gewoon bij Douglas, want wat een slechte ervaring.

Consistently get orders wrong and omit items with no substitution. Have placed many orders with them over the last year and most of them have had items missing. Customer service is slow to respond and they place the onus on you to prove you don't have the items.
Often have offers on for free gifts with purchase but dont send all the items promised due to being 'out of stock' other companies would send a substitution with no qualms inside the original order.
One package I recieved at Christmas was literally an empty box!
Don't know why I bother really, should just buy in store if at all.

Commande reçu, mais aucun des 4 échantillons dans le colis comme promis sur ma facture puisque le montant de la commande dépassé 55€ et pourtant disponible le jour de la commande! Aucun produit en remplacement, pas 15% de remise comme promis pour la 1ère commande. C'est en découvrant sur votre site sur ma facture en ligne que mes échantillons promis n'étaient pas disponibles et donc supprimés sans aucun geste commerciale ! J'attends avec impatience de vos nouvelles, car il est impossible de vous joindre par téléphone toujours occupé, et vous n'apportez aucune réponse par mail envoyé le 11/12, à part une messagerie automatique qui me dit : Nous avons bien reçu votre email. Un membre du service client Origins vous répondra dès que possible. A bientôt.

I made an order under the No. 1816387892 dated 28/11/2019. Order received, but none of the 4 samples in the package as promised on my invoice since the amount of the order exceeded 55 € and yet available the day of the order! No products in replacement, no 15% discount as promised for the 1st order. It is by discovering on your site on my invoice online that my promised samples were not available and therefore deleted without any commercial gesture! I look forward to hearing from you, because it is impossible to reach you by telephone always busy, and you do not provide any response by email sent on 11/12, except for an automatic message that tells me: We have received your E-mail. An Origins customer service representative will answer you as soon as possible. See you soon.
Inadmissible in view of the prices of your products !!!! I advise against buying online on their site, that promises, go instead in store that distributes their products.

Shocking website and customer service!
Shocking website and customer service!! Have tried over 20 times to place an order for products only to be unsuccessful each time! First few it wouldn't recognise my address! For NO reason! Next it wanted me to input a 'valid' UK phone number.... NOTHING invalid about it!!! And when I finally got thru to the payment screen it just keeps saying 'I'm sorry we are experiencing an error'.... so I have given up! I tried using their live chat which said I'd be connected within 2 mins but 36 mins later still no one replied! It has really put me off buying from them ever again, they charge enough £££... maybe try putting some of it into their website & customer care🤨

1st order should of got a free 50ml mask it arrived it was 15ml I rang they said sorry but failed to rectify the situation

Order got cancelled. Email received to say would get a refund. After few months refund hadn’t been processed. Had to email them to get the refund.
Tests on animals
Although I do love their products, I was disappointed to find out that they do actually test their products on animals to sell in China. Even after admitting they don’t believe in testing on animals but rather they believe in the earth and science they have sold out on this belief in order to tap the Chinese market. Very disappointing
Cruel to animals, cruel to their customers
Placed an order using a promo code they advertised waited 4 days heard nothing even though they had taken the money out of my account immediately!
I then received an email saying they had cancelled the order and this was 13 days ago and still no refund has been issued
I have contacted them on 2 srperate occasions to ask for compensation and my refund and they have stated unless I place another order I will get nothing and I’ve still not had my refund!
Really unhappy that a company as large as Estée Lauder treat its customers so badly
Would not use again and will be recommending that all my friends and family boycott this company as well
They also test on animals for their Asian markets which is kept low profile
