If there was an option for No star's......Out and Out would be worthy of that.

The company went bust and nobody notified me , I made a call three days before my supposed delivery which had been put back again and again,and it took over a month to receive the money back! Thanks a lot!!!

I never received the item as you went bankrupt and nobody even had the decency to inform me and I never got my money back

I ordered a ratan set, I put the wrong address as had recently moved. I rang and emailed constantly with absolutely no reply

If it was for garden furniture never received them as went bust

As reported twice in the summer, the order I placed in July was only half fulfilled - I received the parasol base, but have not yet received the parasol itself despite payment having been taken. Very disappointing, particularly as the phone line is impossible to access to report concerns.

Did not receive goods that I’d paid for. Unable to contact company & did not receive any response to emails. Had to contact bank to do a charge back. Very annoying as previously had a good experience with the company.

Company closed before I received my goods but they were happy to take my money as a preorder! After 4 months I am still trying to get my money back.

I wanted to return my radiator but your company has gone out of business!!

Zero communication. Zero order received. Zero customer service. Absolutely shambolic. As far as i am aware you have closed down and good riddance. Never again!!! If i could give less than 1 star i would do!!

Terrible! Avoid! Company went bust and were very unhelpful. No doubt the owner walked away untouched and we’re all paying for their poor management and then starting up another company to do the same!

Well I cannot believe that I am being asked to review a company with whom I spent not an inconsiderate sum of money for their product and never got it. After being told the rattan furniture would be delivered between two dates a fortnight apart, once that last date was over I rang the company to no avail. Then I got notification that the company had ceased training.

Company is bankrupt goods never received, they took an order and money with no intention of being able to provide the goods

Ordered the garden furniture and waited as per the delivery time. I then enquired about the products multiple times, with no response. I had to make a PayPal dispute and get a refund. Non existent customer service and non existent products! Wouldn't buy from this company.

Website was still live, but company is no longer trading, please do not make the same mistake as us

Went bust! Order not delivered and £700 lost.
