never came waiting on refund

Never got the item and then the company went bust and I didn't get a refund or an item! Do not trust them!

Shocking! Bought a garden set, didn’t then hear anything. Was given a delivery link which took me to a strange website saying it was in Felixstowe. I decided to look at other reviews and after a couple of weeks decided to claim the money back through my bank. I tried email multiple times as well as calling, no one ever answered or called back. They then deleted comments that I had posted on Facebook warning other people. To this date I still haven’t heard anything from them…

Company went bust before I received my goods and I had to claim my money back from my bank. I can’t believe they actually contacted me to see how they did!!

Delivery didn't arrive on time then only part of it arrived. Then no one responded to our emails until we contacted out credit card company to get our money back. Appallingly service. Made my birthday get together stressful as we had to borrow chairs from my neighbours.

Excellent product and excellent service. Recommended.

Order was never received, all communication ceased. Refund request was opened with bank.

Money taken form my account, never got the items over £550 worth and now the company has gone into liquidation!

Paid for the furniture as a gift, it never arrived, after constant chasing, I was informed they had gone into receivership.

Awful awful never record then company went bust getting a refund back from bank

Company has gone into administration and won’t answer my emails about receiving part of my order and also damaged goods.

We never got the furniture, we couldn't get in touch with them at all, then on their website it said the company was no longer trading so apart from confirming our order we never got any correspondense from them. I wouldn't have given 1 star but there is no option for no stars. They took our money though.

Awful company they have taken two payments for one item then made out they were in administration so as not to pay back the money they owe me.
Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

Haven't received my purchase

No delivery, no communication. Only got a refund as I luckily paid via Klarna! Scam from day 1!

Never received item had to claim money back through bank. Delivery said 5-10 working days I didn't hear anything for 18 days then I had a text off a random mobile number asking me to arrange a day to suit myself. Customer service is terrible and no resolution via the company had to go through bank AVOID!

My £700 order never arrived. I could not get hold of anyone for weeks. No one replied to emails and then they suddenly announced that they had ceased training on Facebook. Appalling.
