The items ordered were delivered in a reasonable time. However only 3 from the 4 items were matching and did not fit as expected.
The items were returned for a refund which was dealt with quickly even though I forgot to include the necessary paperwork

Leider wurde die Ware über GLS verschickt! Ich habe bei GLS einen Ablage Ort angegeben und die sind zu dumm, Entschuldigung bitte den Ausdruck! Aber im Moment bin ich stinkig sauer, da ich seit über ein eineinhalb Wochen auf die Lieferung warte und auch outwell nicht in der Lage ist, sich darum zu kümmern!
Ich soll mich bei GLS melden! Da bin ich Überstunden in der Warteschleife, Sie sollten sich einen anderen Zulieferer aussuchen! DHL hat auch einen Abstellort, das funktioniert immer! Ich bin wirklich gespannt, wann ich ihn unendlich meine Lieferung bekomme

The chairs you sent are excellent but there is a problem with them. The drink trays to attach to the side fall off. When contacting your customer services about this problem to simply ask whether we could order extra trays (the problem is the trays not the chairs) we were waiting 3 weeks for a response . When the response finally materialised it basically sent me to a page to return the chairs. I don't want to return the chairs, I just want replacement trays. Basically your customer services function is not working properly. You need staff that listen and processes that resolve issues, not send them into technological black holes. The 'take it or leave it' attitude would seriously deter me from shopping with you again (despite the generally excellent quality of the chairs we purchased from you).

Products are really good but the customer service is shocking. Haven’t had a confirmation email on my order but the money has been taken from my account, should have arrived by now and I have had no response to my numerous emails issued.

Matelas de bonne facture, mais la pompe intégrée n'a pas assez de mousse pour aspirer de l'air. Je l'ai acheté pour cette option qui n'est pas valide. De plus ticket ouvert chez eux et aucune prise de contact. Aucun SAV

Really good product delivered promptly and in good condition. Really neat comfortable camping/picnic/garden chairs. Fold to very thin and lightweight while being sturdy.
