No link up communication between Outwell and their UK courier
Tried to deliver twice but without notification, had no idea they were coming. Stressful process of arranging the third attempt, but a good quality product has now arrived.
Customer services line cuts off at 3pm. I wish I finished that early.

Probably the worst after sales customer…
Probably the worst after sales customer services I have experienced. Was only looking to a replacement tent bag due to a faulty one that came with my purchase in March of this year. They weren't interested in slightest in helping. To be honest I don't rate the overall product quality either. But for the customer service element alone...I won't be a return customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We understand your frustration regarding the faulty tent bag and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
As you have bought it from one our Dealers you will need to contact them - this is standard procedure.
In case that you want to buy a tent bag as a spare part, we would of course like to help you. I have asked my service team to contact you.

Excellent folding bucket
Excellent folding bucket replacing a previous Outwell bucket which had got chewed by a small animal! Folding bucket is equally good but the handle feels less robust than the earlier model.

La livraison est annoncé en 2-3 jours
La livraison est annoncé en 2-3 jours. Je suis finalement parti en vacances sans la tente commandée. J’ai du en acheter une autre chez Décathlon en urgence. Me voilà de retour de congés. La tente devrait arriver demain. Le suivi de commande ne sert à rien, il ne dit pas quand on recevra la commande, juste qu’elle est en transit.

2-3 days delivery is package deliveries (up to 30 kgs).
Your order is delivery on pallet as tent weight is 34 kgs.
You will be contacted a few days before the truck with lift delivers your order.

Köpt en luftmadrass som var fantastiskt…
Köpt en luftmadrass som var fantastiskt bra på alla sätt. Det som saknades i leveransen var ventiladaptern. Har mailat och fått till svar att jag ska fylla i en reklamation. Så långt okej! I reklamationen måste man bifoga en bild av det man ska reklamera. Det går inte att klicka vidare. Med andra ord, du fastnar där. Hur svårt kan det vara att läsa mitt mail, lägga den saknade adaptern i ett litet paket och skicka. Ett enkelt sätt att lösa ett enkelt problem!

The experience was very good
The experience was very good, but the tracking information wasn',t very clear and I didn't receive the communication for each status change.
Fortunately, I received my tend and all was well. Now we are going to open it and we are starting to live new adventure!
