Got my address wrong when I put the order in, they fixed it fast after I contacted them.Service was good on regard to keeping me updated on the delivery. Communication thronghout the transaction was excellent. Very happy with my purchase..cheers

I called asked for stock of a bike for my sons birthday, told bike in stock will ship in 24 hours, next day, sorry not in stock, will upgrade you for 'free', then next 2 days a series of pointless questions, color, size etc, just buying time, then i chase up delivery, 4 days have gone by at this point, finally they tell me cannot dispatch for a further 4 days (would have been 9 days from purchase) my sons birthday would have been and gone, just a joke of a business.

You were very easy to deal with and I’m sorry that the order didn’t work out my husband wanted 1.5 mm thick he feels the 2 mm is to thick hence the return and thankyou for dealing with my issue so quickly

The item I ordered was not available for a while but I got an acceptable alternative straightaway and a refund of the price difference straightaway. Delivery was quick. Thought there might be screws included with item but no. Off to Bunnings to get matching screws.

Such a poor experience. Ordered a pergola online with ozanda. Was contacted to say that they didn't have it in stock and delivery would take 4 weeks. That was ok. 2 months went by, still nothing. By month 3, we opened up a PayPal request to get our money back. Only then did they send it. It arrived and the canvas roofing had pin holes all through it. Contacted them twice with no response so went back to PayPal and asked for a refund of $500 to get it replaced or if they wanted to send a new one. They then accepted the return but wanted us to return the entire thing, frame and all, at our expense for the $500 refund. The pergola itself was $1300. I also informed them that we couldn't return the frame as it was dynabolted into concrete. Will never ever purchase from here again. Such a disappointment

Ordered & paid bike saddle bags early February they took my money from card , no record of despatch within one week , requested to cancel order by email & left phone message , no record of despatch , asked for refund 3 days later ,still no reply, still no response or delivery end February rang & emailed for refund, currently waiting for response!!!!!! Not good enough if you have phone answering service & emails they need to be answered would not recommend purchasing from this company OZandA seems like a scam
