FRAUDULENT. I've reported to trading standards via Citizens advice. They dont allow links in here but if you put in fraud scam trading standarda the link comes up.

23 July - ordered said 48 hour delivery. Agreed to refund on 31 July when still not arrived. Its now 9 Aug had no goods or refund. I dont want to goods as rebought elsewhere. 6 days after refund agreed and multiple chasers and their holding messages 'its with accounts'....i get an email on 6 August saying dispatched. Total scammers. Next week its 14 days since they agreed refund and Ill also raise a dispute with my bank.

Hopefully they will be investigated if we all raise it formally.

UPDATE - Just got a refund 11 Aug.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Absolutely abysmal. These guys are scammers and thieves. I ordered 20 boxes, they sent 10. The boxes are the worst quality and rip with little effort. I contacted the company and explained the situation and requested a refund. They never honoured it. So, so, so bad. Just avoid like the plague and save your money.

Please do not purchase from this company. We paid for the delux 3-4 house packing service that should come with a large roll of bubble wrap and enough boxes to support your house move. We received enough boxes for a house move out of a studio apartment and enough bubble wrap to wrap 10 glasses, it is a con, a complete con, might as well just give the money away. We are now left short and will have to purchase more which makes us regret not paying for the packing service with the removal company. At all costs please advise.

Didn't arrive! Booked Thursday for next day delivery, its now Monday - no sign of them.

Foolishly didn't read bad reviews before using this company, won't use again.

Wish I'd checked on here before making the order. Ordered on Monday with express delivery. Was notified on Friday that my order would be delivered in 1-2 days. With a Tuesday move scheduled, this was a pitiful customer experience. If a business is operating in the space of helping people move house, they should care about the needs of their typical customer who is probably under a time pressure to move. The person I spoke with attempted to blame it on the courier service. But if an Express order isn't being dispatched for 5 days - that is an operational fault. I recommend you find a box provider who actually delivers what and when they promise.

Would give 0 if possible.

My own fault partially for not checking reviews beforehand, but in mind I was asking for much, they are just a terrible business.

Absolute waste of time and money.

Truly truly dreadful. Placed my order on the 2nd June and didn't arrive. Phoned and spoke with them and they promised me that the order would be with me on the 11th. Now its the 16th and still nothing. If you have 3 months to spare until you need boxes it would probably be ok, anything else avoid like the plague. Shame I had to give them one star

I ordered 2 very large cardboard boxes, 2 reels of strong duct tape and some packing tape. The 2 big boxes arrived in an even bigger box (which was useful in itself). They were exactly what I wanted and in perfect condition. Some of the packing tape was missing. I sent a request for it to be sent and that was acknowledged but nothing happened. I sent a second request and received my tape with some additional tape. So all in all the products were great and service was great...in the end. I WILL use this company again, despite some of the tape being left out because their products are good, the boxes arrived on time and they eventually dealt with the missing tape with, what I assume was a couple of gratis rolls. I was fine with that.

So we're moving house. We need boxes - fast! We used Packingboxes when we moved here 8 years ago. I did some research and they still seemed the best value for money. I have now ordered and received two 2-3 bed packs and cannot fault the contents. The boxes are sturdy and fit together well; bubble wrap, tissue & pen appreciated. The tape is a bit thin, but I didn't mind buying extra. They arrived in 24-48 hours (the longer time being over a weekend) and I've even gained an extra large box the items came in which will do for bulky but light items.

Sent only half of my order. Next business day was 2 days. Didn't answer the phone ever. No replies to emails. Total scam of a company.

Absolute joke of a company. Took nearly two weeks for my express delivery boxes to arrive. Tried reaching out to customer service - they don’t pickup the phone or respond to voicemails. So I emailed, and the responses were ridiculously slow and lacked any concern, information, or urgency.

I do not recommend using this company, nor would I use them again. While I received my boxes eventually this time, I can’t help but think next time I might not be so lucky… and they would deal with it by ignoring me, no doubt.

I ordered some packing boxes and additional items but when these finally arrived, later than promised, the tape dispenser gun and some of the plastic furniture covers ordered were missing, while the rest of the plastic covers were in a poor state, dusty and crumpled, and none were labelled so I didn't know their purpose, and the cardboard box containing my order also contained rubbish at the bottom.
I emailed Packing Boxes about the missing items and was assured they had been dispatched, giving a Royal Mail tracking no, but when I tried to track this online, the number was unknown to the Royal Mail. The items never arrived, despite my further chase ups by email and the same assurances received that my order was being dispatched. I also tried to phone them several times but either the phone kept ringing or I was transferred to a voicemail messaging number that said this was full and not taking any more messages. I then requested a refund for the outstanding missing order items but never received any response, so I finally had to get my money back through my credit card company. I totally regret ever having dealt with Packing Boxes.

First order all ok. Second order never arrived despite payment being taken. Caused quite a lot of aggravation as our moving date approached. Poor communications. Wouldn't recommend.

I had used this company before and everything was fine with no complaints
Then i placed an order for some boxes, which did arrive but 10 lids of different boxes were missing
so i rang up staright away and explained which ones were missing, and i needed them asap, we shall send them over night
still waiting
so today i called in over 30 wasted minutes as the phone puts you through but it just rings and rings
so ive now had to fill in an online form
These boxes were for a specific purpose which has now let myself and a customer down

STILL NO LIDS TO MY BOXES

What a terrible company. Our move was quite last minute and I ordered last Thursday 29th Jan with "free next day delivery on orders over 49 pounds". Only the boxes didn't arrive on Friday or Saturday, or today, Monday 2nd Feb. A customer services ticket response today said they would notify the warehouse to now prioritise my delivery! Too late for us, as we had to buy boxes elsewhere to be ready for our move this Friday.

Also the company does not answer its phones. Avoid.

I have requested a refund. Judging by the reviews here, I'm expecting a struggle to get my money back.

Ordered on monday to arrive Tuesday. It's now now Wednesday. I'm still waiting. I just posted a review online, but im guessing they won't be posting it on their website.

Great price on boxes, delivered the day after dispatch, as promised. Kept up to date with order status and delivery and the boxes are good quality

Boxes are ok, but the tape and tape gun, and I assume any other accessory are the worst possible quality, tape just falls off, boxes fell open and our valuables broke. Go elsewhere!!!!
