Ich habe mehrere Lifetime-Lizenzen von Paragon NTFS for Mac und ExtFS for Mac für meine Macs erworben. Plötzlich kommt in der Software die Mitteilung, dass die Lizenz ablaufe und man sie aktivieren solle. Okay, kenne ich, bisher war das mit einer neuen Anmeldung über die Software immer erledigt. Plötzlich aber funktioniert auch mein Login nicht mehr. Auch über Website keine Anmeldung mit registrierter Email-Adresse mehr möglich. Okay, vielleicht Anmeldeportal geändert, auch das gab es schon mal bei Paragon. Also Passwortreset beantragt, es kommt aber keine Mail mit Reset Link an diese Mail, auch nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht. Hotline ist nicht in der Lage hier weiterzuhelfen, aha...
Ich komme also nun nicht mehr an meine erworbene Software und Paragon interessiert sich nicht sonderlich dafür. Top-Unternehmen, weiter so! Mir reicht's jetzt jedenfalls, ganz sicher werde ich von dieser Firma nichts mehr kaufen. Es gab auch schon früher immer mal wieder Probleme mit "verlorenen" Registrierungen, aber ich konnte es immer selbst lösen. Schade, aber mit einem solchen Unternehmen möchte ich nichts mehr zu tun haben.
Nonexistent support
The products are great if they work out the box. If they don’t, you’re on your own. After-sales support is nonexistent.
The software is great, support is abysmal.
The software is great, but the support service is awful. I bought a license for HFS and could not access the section to verify my account afterwards for 3 days because the member section was "under maintenance". I sent a message to support and received a response about 2 weeks later. The website presents itself as a professional service and software but with no support, it's completely missed the mark.
Software works great
Software works great. Other products that offer free trials guard the extending partition feature behind a paywall while Paragon doesn't. Paragon is the only company that has been completely transparent and I plan on supporting them in the future.

Hatte eine Lizenz der Software "Linux File System" erworben. Lief eine ganze Zeit und nunmehr ist ANGEBLICH die Lizenz abgelaufen. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass die Lizenz zeitlich begrenzt war.

Empresa absolutamente incompetente
Empresa absolutamente incompetente en la gestión de licencias que, con el nuevo sistema (Paragon Box), hace que los usuarios pierdan sus licencias. Al tratar de contactar con el soporte técnico, este no responde.
Traté de contactar en diferentes meses y nunca han respondido. Incluso les envié la factura de compra del software y no hacen nada.
Eviten comprar a esta empresa. Han pasado a ser una empresa de estafadores y lo peor es que no hay nadie que defienda a los consumidores.
Nada recomendable. Hay otras alternativas.
Avoid This Company
The customer support is non-existent. When you make a purchase and login, neither the products you have purchased or your licenses appear. The coupon codes simply do not work. 0 - Zeros are not clearly differentiated from the letter O for a start. Go somewhere else.
BEWARE - They lose records of your licenses permanently!
You pay the money.
They issue you with a license
All is good - for now..
They introduce a new licensing system..
MOST of your licenses have now disappeared!!!
You contact them by raising a ticket (more than once)...
They reply.
You reply within 3 hours
They then close the ticket within 2 working days saying no reponse!!!
There are more reputable and professional companies out there.
WOW, just noticed that they have asked me to send them a copy of the licenses that they sent me originally!!
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!
I made more than 20 purchases - 15+ licenses lost.
Some would call it theft!

The best partitioning program for your Mac
On Thursday 5th October 2023 I purchased Microsoft NTFS for Mac by Paragon Software for 35.34 from Cleverbridge so I can partition hard drives or USB Flash Drives. Also partitioning on my iMac and my iMac Business will be a breeze.
Geld weg - Software nicht mehr aktivierbar
Ich besitze mehrere Lizenzen Paragon Festplattenmanager 17 Advanced. Auf bestehenden Rechnern habe ich die Software deinstalliert, tlw. gibt es Altinstallationen nicht mehr. Die Aktivierung der Software ist aber nicht mehr möglich, Paragon verhindert dieses. Am 18.10.23 und 21.10.23. hatte ich den Support zwecks Rücksetzung der Lizenzen angeschrieben. Bis heute (28.10.23) haben sie nicht einmal geantwortet. Dass das Produkt nicht mehr nutzbar ist, dürfte rechtlich kaum gedeckt sein. Da kaum ein Kunde deshalb weiteres Geld in eine solche Firma investieren dürfte, geht es meines Erachtens vor allem darum, beim Kunden Ärger und Schaden anzurichten. Dringende Warnung, bei dieser Firma etwas zu kaufen. Das Geld ist weg, die Software auch, der Ärger aber bleibt eine Weile.

I regret buying this software and it wasn't exactly cheap. I read a few online PC articles that had recommended this rubbish product. The initial partition process ruined my MBR, luckily I had back ups. Now, the application won't start even after numerous uninstalls and reinstalls, registry cleanup etc. Honestly, don't buy this product. Go for another product.
Avoid Paragon Hard Disc Manger
A big name app that should’ve been brilliant, but it isn’t. After an apparent ice age of waiting and trying several times to clone a small windows partition to a new SSD I gave up. It kind of reminds me of the performance of software from 20 years ago. Ended up using Easeus again. This just worked quickly and efficiently exacylublike it had on a previous identical laptop.

Ich hatte bei Paragon eine Dienstleistung für eine externe Festplatte für ein Airbook bestellt, um darauf Ordner platzieren zu können. Der Schlüssel hat aber nicht funktioniert.
Daraufhin habe ich Paragon kontaktiert und keine Antwort erhalten. Nach einigen Tagen habe ich eine Erinnerung geschickt und bekam die Antwort dass zuviel los sei, um mir vorher zu antworten.
Anstatt mir behilflich zu sein, bot mir die kenntnisfreie und wenig hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin Daria Emelyanova dann ein Produkt an, dass doppelt so teuer war.
Absolut unprofessionell und nicht empfehlenswert.

HOTLINE INCOMPETENTE
J'ai contacté la hotline 2 fois pour un souci technique lors d'élections en ligne. Les deux fois, les conseillers téléphoniques ont fait semblant de ne pas m'entendre car ils trouvaient pas la solution, et ont fini par me raccrocher au nez. Aucun professionnalisme, j'ai dû contacter mon organisme pour obtenir la solution. A quoi cela sert-il de payer un prestataire ?

works very well when it works. if you have problems, you don't get any help, but you get yelled at on the phone when you call because you're calling and not sending an e-mail. Even after 4 emails with no solution. The program became very unstable and works on and off after updating to ios 16. Don't waste your money, buy from someone who manages to behave well. tried to call 3 times. 2 didn't speak English only German and the Englishman yelled at me and was rude after I told him the program doesn't work after the ios 16 update and the emails don't give me a solution.
Very slow and no feedback or progress indication.
I used Paragon Partition Tool and while the software did do what it stated, the user experience is very poor.
This is one of those annoying programs created by some team that has never worked with real world users.
The software has one of those sliding dots that goes accross the screen when it is working but gives no indication of how far through the process or how much time it will take. Moving a 2TB partition took 52 minutes and all the time there was not idea how long it was going to take.
Minitool would have been a far better option to use.
I am happy I was not the person that paid for this software program.
Non-existent support nowdays
I've been using their hard disk manager since like forever and it was a great tool. However after reinstalling windows 11 and installing their Hard Disk manager 17 version I'm not able to make it work. It wan't launch with an error. I've done all the troubleshooting steps, provided all the logs and like 10 months later, they suggested a refund because they don't want to support their product.
I wish they would go back to their old company policies instead of ignoring support requests. The downfall of a great company.
