I ordered the wrong tap and they were so kind about it, sent my replacement with no upgrade fee even before they received the old tap back. They express posted it from the USA and it arrived in 6 days! Amazing customer service, will absolutely recommend.

They have only a 7 day return policy in small print and by the time you get the all plastic faucet it is already too late. Save your money and keep shopping.

I recently purchased a faucet from Paragon Facets / Paragon Faucets. When I tried to return it, they refused the return and are keeping my money.
No meaningful customer service, no willingness to work with the customer, and they simply stonewalled the refund request. This matches many other complaints I’ve seen about difficult or non-existent returns and poor support.
Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable retailer instead. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Paragon faucets contacted me by email 3 days ago and said they'll review the request. Still wating for a decision. 10/15/26

We were thrilled to receive our order of 2 Paragon Oslo water heating units last month. But we were very disappointed to find that the water does not heat enough to make tea or coffee as advertised, which was the main reason for us buying them.

It's the cheapest piece of crap I ever bought. Paid same price at home depot for Kohler faucet that is 8 inches taller and actually looks like a kitchen faucet. It from China so they got me, don't let them get you!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I finally received my faucet today. I spent $200 for a cheap, Chinese piece of crap. The box is entirely in Chinese. It's not even the faucet that I ordered. There is NO customer service, so i have no idea how I will get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

After 1 week my order still hasn't shipped. Can't get in touch with customer service, their AI automatically emails back some b.s. response.

Update: almost 2 weeks later and it still has not shipped. No way to contact customer service and no way to request a refund. I would never recommend this company. I seriously regret buying from them.

Supply house was out of my usual brand, so I grabbed this Paragon Halmstad for a client's new build. Gotta say, I was ready to hate on it. But the brass internals are legit, no plastic junk where it counts. Spring tension is on point. Threads cut clean. Client picked the brushed gold and it actually looks high-end, not like cheap spray paint. Only gripe is the mounting nut could be a little beefier, but I torqued it down and it's solid. I'd spec it again for budget-conscious jobs. Paragon seems like they actually give a damn about quality control, which is more than I can say for some brands in this price range

Alright. I'm that person. Sorts by lowest rating. Wanted the horror stories. Saw: "box dented." Saw: "too many pictures, not enough words." That's it? That's the worst? So I bought the Trier. Box was fine. Instructions were fine. The faucet itself? A beast. Solid. Heavy. Like, this thing isn't going anywhere for a long time. Negativity bias is real, people. Don't let a dented box scare you off.

In May 2025, I acquired this sink for a kitchen renovation. By December 2025, it exhibited signs of peeling and staining. After contacting the company and providing photographic evidence, I received a replacement in January 2026. However, as of August 2026, I am experiencing the same issues once again. Initially, Paragon agreed to provide a 50% refund after I declined yet another replacement; however, they later claimed that a replacement had never been sent, despite my possession of the relevant email correspondence and tracking number. Additionally, they asserted that I am no longer eligible for their one-year warranty on this product, which is marketed with a five-year warranty. The product does not meet its advertised claims, and the company has failed to uphold its commitments. This sink, which is positioned as a luxury item, has proven to be subpar. I strongly advise against investing in it.

So here's the tea I have a small sink. Small sink should have small faucet, right? Wrong. I got the compact pull-out model and it's perfect. Doesn't dominate my counter, but the spout swivels 360 which is amazing for my weird L-shaped kitchen. The finish is a brushed nickel that doesn't show every single water spot (praise be). I've had it for four months and cooked like a madwoman, zero complaints, this thing is a sleeper hit.

I purchased a brand-new faucet that arrived with an obvious issue. I provided photos and also had my plumber inspect it, and he confirmed that there was a problem. Because I was in the middle of a bathroom renovation and could not delay the project, I purchased another faucet and had it installed.

The defective faucet has been packed and ready to return for days. I have clearly explained that I do not want a replacement — I simply want to return the defective product and receive my refund.

Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I still have not received the return shipping label.

What is particularly frustrating is that I was first told the matter would be escalated, and then, after following up again, I was told that it would be escalated again for approval. At this point, it feels like I am being passed from one department to another without anyone actually taking responsibility for resolving the issue.

I have been patient and reasonable throughout this process, but a simple return should not require this much back-and-forth.

The product may have been defective, but the customer service experience has been even more disappointing.

I expected a much more professional and efficient response from a company selling bathroom fixtures. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential customers consider the company’s after-sales service and return process before purchasing.

I am still hoping Paragon will resolve this properly, but unfortunately, my experience so far has been extremely disappointing.

Delivery service was fine but slow. The soap dispenser works well but made of a very thin aluminum. The lower cover keeps come up with the top part and it frustating.

Copped the Stavanger in matte black. Install was a breeze, maybe 20 mins. No drips. Would absolutely run it back. Paragon shipped it out fast too, had tracking the same day and it showed up when they said it would. No complaints there.

The faucet I got is amazing. It has clean lines, works great, and excellent product quality.

The ease of viewing the product and ordering was simple and a great experience.

Was looking for a modern touch for our main bath and their Falkenberg faucet did the trick

Failure to honor their Return Policy; they dropped all communications with me. Faucet was the Return of someone else, came very unprofessionally wrapped and no paper work at all. Applied for refund online and it went nowhere. Looks like I'm stuck with a $400 piece of junk; would love to get a "Class Action Suit" against them. Shipping time was awful; this has been going on since July 3 through today August 6

Rubbish experience with paragon faucets, ordered 2 items and they took ages to turn up both days apart, terrible customer service with delays asking for order numbers etc, the 30 day return policy is a scam, one of the items needed returning as it was defected with marks, too expensive to return so got 50% off cost and kept item

Placed an order, never shipped, asked for a cancellation, was told they would process it, never got the cancellation or refund, had to reverse the charge with the bank.
