I bought the Halmstead -single holepre-rinse pull down sprayer from Paragon Faucets in November.
It arrived in good time, but we only installed it in February.
It has only been installed for 5 months and the paint of the tap has come off and it's peeling.
We saved for a long time to have enough money to renovate our kitchen. We carefully selected taps, door handles everything because this was the last time we would renovate.
I am really disappointed in this product.

We bought a 3 faced tap . It was faulty one I asked for replacement after 2 weeks I didn’t received when. I emailed about it they said it was mistake and it’s with them. Meanwhile I ordered from different one as my builders won’t be coming . When I requested for refund and asked them not send the product they simply stoped replying . I can provide the emails history and order details etc today 20 aug 2026 till now I am fighting for the full refund . How best I can get it back can anyone suggest please

It took about two full weeks to arrive at my house in Chicago, so if you are in a massive rush for a weekend project, you might want to look elsewhere. But for me, the wait was totally worth it. The faucet itself is absolutely beautiful and matches the modern industrial look we wanted for our main kitchen island. It came with the hot and cold water lines and everything was wrapped up nicely

Top results under google search for faucet compatible with filter. I ordered and their site says items will be shipped in 1-2 business days. After a week, it still hadn't shipped and we needed a faucet quickly. I requested to cancel the order. A couple hours later I got a tracking number and they said it had already shipped.
A week after that the tracking said UPS still hadn't received the package. I once again requested to have the order cancelled. The initial reply was the cancellation was approved. Then I got an email over night that it had shipped.

Shipping was quick but it was too late to be installed. After we got it, I requested a return. They offered 50% discount to keep it. I don't need another faucet. I want my money back.

Service was good and the shipping was very smooth. The faucet is very well designed and the aesthetics are great however the lack of a water flow switch/lever makes it a difficult one to recommend. Without the ability to lower the water flow, the faucet is always at 100% flow which in some situations is not good.

I ordered the matte black pull-down faucet. It took about 8 days to get here which was totally fine since the plumber wasn't coming until the week after anyway. It's installed now and looks great.

I would have given minus 10 stars if I could do possibly. Selling Chinese cheap plastic/metal stuff directly from Ali Express, they do not have any company or presence in the UK, the address they would give you in UK to return does not have any registered company so save your self the worry and hassle.

SCAM company from the point i placed the order, I asked it to be cancelled after an hour, I was offer 25% discount to keep it but when i rejected I was told its all cancelled and refunded, little to my knowledge I received a shipping confirmation 2 weeks later (for order which was cancelled) even though their website says 2 day delivery - what a joke, when i enquired they said since the order went into final processing an hour after being placed, they were not able to cancel, it then took further 2 week for delivery, intotal 5 weeks before the item delivered after entring final stages of shipment in 1 hour, they then instead offered me 50% discount to keep it. I rejected and asked to return, I was then given an address for a rondom north london location with no company or individual name with it and refused to give me any of contact details. I was then forced to pay 30£ for shipping it back to them with insurance and signatures being tracked.

I was then asked for all sort of proof of shipment and delivery.

I was then offered reduced refund and also no refund of shipping charge.

overall lost money, lost peace and had to send them 10's of emails to get the refund months after placing the order.

the company doesnt have any proper contact or address in the US either and doesnt abide by EU laws.

Reporting them to trading standards next, this website should be blacklisted and blocked in the UK as rogue traders.

We had the identical faucet for years, sold by a different company, it finally wore out and they no longer sold it nor provided parts. We love the always-energized sprayer for washing dishes. I was excited to find the faucet at Paragon. It arrived quickly and was the easiest kitchen faucet I’ve installed.

I ordered a tap more than 10 days ago and have received no meaningful updates since the first day after placing the order. The tracking information has not changed, and there has been no proactive communication regarding the status of my order.

While delays can happen, customers expect accurate tracking and regular updates. At the moment, I have no clear idea when my order will arrive. This has been a disappointing purchasing experience and has reduced my confidence in the service provided.

I hope the company improves its communication and order fulfilment process in the future.

Obwohl per Mail vom Widerrufsrecht innerhalb der Frist Gebrauch gemacht wurde, und über E-Mail mehrmals der Kontakt aufgesucht wurde kam keine Antwort (mittlerweile 2 Woche her), kein Rücksendungsetikett, keine Erstattung.. nichts. Jetzt habe ich mich an Paypal Käuferschutz gewendet und werde noch eine Anzeige bei der Polizei abgeben wenn bis zu meiner Gesetzen Frist keine Antwort kommt. Danach zum Anwalt.

Ordered 2 faucets 40 days ago. Have exchanged 10+ emails with them. At least they reply to emails, I guess. After much begging, they gave me a UPS tracking number and all it says is a label was crated, but they never actually gave a package to UPS.

Unfortunately, this bidet spray was not worth the money. At around $85, I expected a much better-quality product.

The main isolation valve appears to be metal, but most of the other components feel like plastic rather than solid metal construction. The hose length is also quite short, which limits installation flexibility and usability depending on your bathroom layout.

Overall, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of build quality or value for money. I've purchased bidet sprays from Temple & Webster for around $40 that felt more durable, had better quality fittings, and offered better overall value.

For the price being charged, I would expect higher-quality materials and a longer hose. I wouldn't purchase this product again and would recommend looking at more affordable alternatives instead

We purchased a Ristafallet Pro workstation kitchen sink from Paragon faucets recently. The sink arrived as promised, on time and is now installed. We are very happy with the sink itself and most of the features are great. The supplied tap is rather flimsy though: if this was more substantial I would have given this product a five star review

I have orderd a high tap (for a countertop basin) as this company was the only supplier to offer the design I wanted, with a top handle rather than side handles. Ordered May 15th. Now June 07th, no information on shipping. 3 stars as the communication has been good, although an email reply on a Sunday afternoon Australian Eastern std time makes me wonder if it is AI replying. No emails have included people's names. At the end of the day, if the tap is rubbish, or never arrives, I will chalk this up to experience; the cost of just over AUD $200 is minimal in the overall cost of a bathroom renovation. I thought I'd be safe ordering from the USA, not so sure now.
I will add to the review if/when the tap arrives.

UPDATE
Following my initial review, I received conflicting emails from Paragon. The result was cancellation of order and full refund, which took a few days o clear. This experience has taught me to stick with known global suppliers; ebay, Amazon etc.

Scam company! Ordered faucet (which was priced extremely well. Should have been a clue). No communication about shipping, despite multiple emails. Always respond with “…we will get back to you in 3-5 business days.” No reply is ever sent despite this promise. Phone number isn’t for customer service. Everything is via email. I beseech all potential Paragon Faucet customers to immediately leave the website and order nothing. All they provide is broken promises and fraud.

Great experience from ordering online, to fast delivery, to tracking updates and ultimately a beautiful and stylish product! Absolutely thrilled!

Great product and quality. The measurements were a little off and caught us off guard. Otherwise as expected. The tracking was difficult.
