My shop is under attack from this company receiving threats from debt collectors. There is a clear chance we all have if we come together on this. We are small businesses being targeted by this scam of a company and we have a case if we all come together. I have just been sent the same letter by Cristen-Dex

AVOID AVOID SCAM ARTISTS THAT WILL THREATEN WITH LEGAL ACTION

In 2021 I had a zoom meeting with a convincing salesman, that I would get everything I had previously when I had used this company before in 2017 and they had mis-sold me an advertising campaign as exclusive to my Home Care Business. Of course this was not true. They told me I had to sign up there and then as they were visiting another care agency after me and if I didn't take the space they would. I felt at the time I did get some interaction from customers so in 2021 I decided to hear them out again. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!

During my meeting with the pushy salesman he assured me that I would receive the same campaign as last time (24/26 advertising boards in 2 local hospitals) as my previous campaign. I signed up under pressure as I was going on holiday and the pushy salesman said this was only available that day and pressured me to sign the contract. I checked the initial part of the contract but due to the pressure of this sales guy did not have time to read through everything ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE!!! I was assured that all would be the same. Signed in July 2021 advert did not get placed until November 2021 and only 6 boards!!! Leaving me no chance to exercise my 14 days cancellation period (VERY SNEAKY ARENT THEY). Apparently the hospital have removed most of the boards due to infection control. They did not feel the need to advise me of this fact until some months later where I could not exercise my 14 day cooling off period or cancel, it was too late.

I argued with them that this was not what was agreed, going backwards and forwards with the salesman calling me a liar and then offering me a free year!!! I ignored them as I couldn't be bothered to fight. I have received no customers from these adverts and actually not even sure the adverts are displayed!!

Yesterday I received my renewal invoice for £5,400!!!!!!!!! Apparently I had signed a rolling 2 year contract having to give six months notice in writing and via recorded delivery as I signed it and I have been advised by these guys to get legal advice (hmmmm I smell a rat). Also being told when I rang that my new advert has already been created when I haven't requested a new advert and my current contract does not expire until November 2023. I decided to pop on here and see I am not the only one to have been mis-led and mis-sold. I have made a SARs request and hoping this will prove I have been mis-sold but not holding out much hope. I advise you all to get in touch with some of these guys on here if you have experienced the same. These bullies cannot get away with this. AVOID PLEASE AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS!!!

Not even worth a single star! Worked until 3-4 months ago albeit slowly but since then I always get the surgery is temporarily offline message! This company should be consigned to the growing list of failures and a competent company employed to provide a reliable functional service.

We are a small company, struggling like everyone else. We received an email from Cristendex (Debt Collection Agency) asking for payment for renewal on behalf of Patient Services UK. I was shocked to get such an email after a long time since the contract was taken out with Patient Services UK on 20/08/2021. When signing the advertising contract in 2021, we were not told that we had to state that we did not want to renew within the first 18-month period of the contract from the salesperson. This information about the 18-month cut-off point is not on the website and was never discussed in a conversation or mentioned by the salesperson. We received no letter, notification or mention from anyone until now. This is not full disclosure at all. All I got in the conversation with Cristendex today was, 'It is in the contract' and nothing else. It appears that this information was not fully disclosed at the time of signing the agreement, not had in any conversation, and only disclosed at the time of receiving an email demanding an invoice be paid that we know nothing about.

Informed me that I missed my window to cancel my campaign (which had performed abysmally).

They've now locked me in for another 2 years yet they have not sent any information of my new pending contract or got in touch and have decided to just renew anyway.

Avoid like the plague.

Absolute scammers. Sent me another invoice for £5600 and locked me in for another 2 years because I didn't send them cancellation notice via post.
The service itself also doesn't work. You get no leads from this

I paid £5400 for a sevice over 2 years ago which I didn't receive any business from. I was threatened with court actions if not paid. I have just received another invoice of £5400 which I have been told i have to pay. These guys are scammers and liars. Whatever you do stay away from these guys.

Would give zero stars if I could. Slow to access account and just crashes once you try and access prescriptions. Absolutely useless site!

These guys have been targeting small businesses like ours, misleading on their service they are supposed to deliver and did not show T&C's at the time of us signing the document. When we did receive the T&C's we realised we had signed an automated renewal contract which requires 6 month advance notice to quit. We then notified them within the period but they denied received it and passed the debt to their other company who use legal intimidation and threats knowing that small companies cannot defend themselves adequately. This is their actual business model. Also as a side note they don't provide the actual advertising service either.

They use Cristen-Dex to call and email to harrass individuals and we have met with 20 other companies who have had the same experience. Please avoid and report this company. Patient Services and Cristen-Dex need to be shut down and their dodgy practices should be stopped.

Patient Services are an extremely unprofessional organisation set up with no other intention than to con small businesses out of money and not provide the services they sign you up for. I was visited by Phil Hamilton whose sales pitch contained false information and blatant lies whilst being bullied and pressured into signing a contract he did not show me the terms and conditions of. I now have written evidence from the venue my advert was supposed to be displayed in that at no point during my contract was my advert visible, and thus I have no choice but to now take legal action against them. The overhead company is Unique Advertising Ltd who have also been in disputes for the same dodgy business practices and it’s directors Simon Raymond Ingleby and Dawn Cheryl Wilkinson also run Guest Services Worldwide, another company with the same illegitimate business practices not supplying what they offer. Avoid avoid avoid this company and any others these people are affiliated with.

As a software developer, I've encountered my fair share of slow websites, but the prescription ordering process on this site has me questioning the very fabric of time. The loading speed is so slow that I'm convinced I could send a carrier pigeon with my prescription request and it would reach my GP before the website processes my order.

Navigating the site feels like playing "Where's Waldo?" with a molasses-coated magnifying glass. Worse yet, it barely ever works

Didn't do what they said they would despite paying thousands of pounds.

The sales person I questioned about the contract just said 'don't worry about it, you'll get all iv promised' (contract is so vague).

I investigated the services for weeks to see if they were doing what they said and of course they were not.

Misleading by the salesperson by mentioning they work with NHS. They rush things and will not give us the opportunity to read things. We would not have signed if I have given sufficient time to read all the small print.
They especially target new companies, pretending they are part of the NHS offering you this big advertising with them in front of hundreds of people so imagine all that new business. They are threatening court proceedings now
Very sad to see many like us suffering, don’t understand why the NHS or the public services have not taken any action against them.
We have to report to Citizens Advice and have to fight against these big bullies.

Lies, lies and more lies! This is their policy! I was told my video would go live and six weeks later it still did not happen! Hospital staff say they have not seen my video ad on the screen! The lady manager of the Legal department (once again they requested to remove her name, or legal action will be taken. But that's all they do, threaten with legal action) is the most disgusting person ever! Why don't you want people to know who you are??? I have paid more than £3000 for a service that is not being provided! And you still refuse to process refund or to cancel the agreement! I really hope that one day you and your company will get what you deserve!
Do not sign anything! They will just lie and cheat and take your money and you will get no outcome whatsoever!! It's been one year since my contract started and I have not had a single call, email or text message about my services! I am just told that it's speculative! But taking money from people it's a sure thing, it's not speculative at all!!!

Like all the other real reviews (PLEASE don’t let the fake positive feedback on here fool you) I was conned by this company like may others have been too. They lied to me and coerced me into advertising my business with them and I have not had a single inquiry in a year. This is now evidently because what they said to me is not true and I have evidence that the screens they say they advertise on are actually off, permanently. They did not provide the ‘service’ contract they tied me into, and are a very nasty group of people when questioned. I originally met the sales advisor with my tiny baby in tow, explaining that after losing my yoga studio to the lockdowns, this was everything I had in terms of money to market myself and what was left of my business - I actually had to borrow the 1.5k I paid from my late grandmother - but they assured me others who advertised with them had been ‘inundated’ with business and the private hospitals I was to advertise in actually requested me personally - sadly, I have evidence that neither of these are true. They are now bullying and threatening me and many others into paying for a contract we cannot get out of. Do not let these professional con artists fool you. Con artists preying on new companies, pretending they are part of the nhs offering you this big dream of advertising with them in front of hundreds of people so imagine all that new business!! 2 years on and not one single job, just found out my advert was in a tiny little plastic box on a wall in outpatients which is closed evenings and weekends and it’s appointments with the same repetitive people so no chance of hundreds of new customers!! Was supposed to be A&E. Absolute daylight robbery as they don’t tell you you need to give 3 months notice otherwise you have to pay another 1000£ or more for another 12 months!!

I am in a position where I actually cannot afford to pay what they are telling me to so they are threatening the next action. I would like to take them to court myself or fight them with all the other people saying exactly the same as me in these reviews. I don’t know how to contact any of you so please get in touch. If they want money from me they are going to have to take me to court so need as many statements as possible if anyone wants to contribute and help me fight? I was clearly lied to and mis-sold my advert and I want my money back. This has caused me so much stress and anxiety, the things I have thought about doing is unreal, I just thank god for my children otherwise this company would have blood on their hands. They are rude obnoxious and absolutely disgusting!! I am going to the local MP and I would urge everyone and anyone affected to report this company as a scam company at gov.uk, report to the trading standards officer, write their own stories to rip off Britain and bbc watchdog. The more we do together the better!! They are vile people preying on naive vulnerable new businesses.

As a part time fitness instructor in a small village I can only say I was targeted as easy prey. Not only do I feel extremely angry, stressed anxious and upset but also stupid.
I had a salesman come to my mothers home where I was teaching in a converted room during lockdown. My classes and fitness as a whole had been all but decimated and I was struggling financially. Mike Hamilton said he was connected with the NHS and with my qualifications I thought that was how they found me which he said most probably. This was Aug 2021
He was very pushy but the hospital he was wanting me to agree to was 18 mikes away and of no use to me so I said no.
He carried on and on and finally said I could have an ad in the local hospital to me.
I wasn’t sure at all £1500 was a huge amount for me but he insisted I had to sign then or lose any chance of making my business better.
My signature is so wobbly but once done there’s no way out and he was in my home.
I paid in 6 monthly instalments ending Jan 2022
In November 2021 I received an email with regard to liquidation of Patient Services Uk so was under the impression they had gone bust but I continued my payments. In January 2022 I called them but no answer so I emailed that I would not be continuing.
I got an out of office 3 weeks out of date so assumed they were not in business any longer.
I have never heard from them, no customer service, no update, no reminder, no follow up care until November 2022 when Mike in renewals said I owed another £1600.00 I was told when I signed a reminder would be sent but have never received anything. No further invoice nothing.
I am now being harassed by Cristendex for £1995.00. Mike in renewals was extremely rude, condescending and sarcastic saying they don’t need to read emails, answer them give any customer service at all.
When I finally found my ad in the local hospital it had no cards and the department says it hasn’t been looked at in ages by Patient Services Uk and I have not had a single participant through the highly invisible board.
Absolute crooks 25 other businesses connected to Ray Ingleby and a piece in the newspaper about the rip off too.
They are threatening court proceedings now. I have reported them to Citizens Advice and will fight them.

We are also in dispute with this company. The issues as I see it is it is run by the debt collection company Ctristen-Dex LLP. The Invoices have their bank details on them. Not Patient Services. Has anyone actually got their Invoices sent on time to pay or cancel ? I think we are about to go to Court. I think a judge would agree with us all that this is aa scam Company. How can they charge nearly £1500 for a wooden box with cards in it and sign you up to a contract that is so one sided its untrue.

Hi - We are currently in dispute with this total scam of a 'business.' I have read reviews that have talked about a WhatsApp group and taking this matter to the financial ob. and court etc. Can anyone who has done this / is in the process get in touch. It is shambolic that this is allowed and they are still preying on small businesses.

Absolute SCAM of a company. Please contact me if you are looking at taking legal action against this company. They are liars and con artists. DO not get trapped by them. They never fulfilled the things they promised and now send debt collectors. SCAM of a company.
