BEWARE OF THE DOG!!!
Disgusting company. They mislead you into believing they are patient services from a hospital, very quickly their agenda becomes to get a contract signed so they can extort money from you. Initial promise to deliver a guaranteed return was a lie, the business did not receive any exposure! This company also breached data protection on three occasions by disclosing personal information (by way of email) to a third party despite me confirming and having them acknowledge my request to not discuss my account with anyone else - this is usually mandatory requirement unless authorisation has been given for a third party to act on my behalf!!
I have already taken this further, this company preys on small businesses and uses bullying tactics to retrieve money. This issue I am also trying to have reviewed by NHS England regarding their us of unreliable and fraudulent contractors!
PEOPLE BE CAREFUL
PEOPLE BE CAREFUL
Untrustworthy to say the least!
Had a rep come to get me to sign an automatic renewal, I said no as I'm a small business owner and have too much going on and was promised a call to ensure I'm still onboard before any further bills come.
Got bills, my emails ignored and then more bills sent. Did I receive a call before? No.
I don't have time to sit in the office all day to read over things that were fully already discussed. I have work to do, hence why I don't normally sign anything like this.
The promise for a call wasn't kept. Got threatened with debt collectors and my business is now in an awful position as I'm having to pay for ads that DON'T EVEN WORK?! Not to mention, my business has rebranded, things have changed but we've not had any calls to request an update on it. We live in a fast world - a service so expensive should be on top of these things!
If anybody can afford a lawyer to take these BAST***S down, comment on this and I am more than happy to give a statement.
Terrible and Rude service!
I was told when I met with Phil Hamilton at the beginning of December last year that I would receive a reminder of renewal for my advertisement services. I receive an invoice for another year for my advertisement to continue, after I had already sent in an email about the quilty of the work, which the service and the printing quality have been very poor.
I have then sent an email to mike - in the renewals department, who was very rude on the phone, after i explained the situation, if then processed to talk about debt collection agencies. which i think is just terrible in the climate that we are all living in.
I explained that my company didn't want the advertisement and I wasn't told about the 'rolling yearly contract' as I was advised in the first meeting with Phil Hamilton that I would be notified.
Stay clear of them! what they advertise isn't what is a true reflection of their service stay CLEAR!
Presurised Selling Technique a Disgrace
My wife, Francoise, is a successful and respected reflexologist in our area. This lot contacted her to ask her if they could promote her 'selected' business within the NHS. She was keen to explore this professional opportunity so she arranged a zoom call. I silently sat in.
Mistake number one: he mispronounced Francoise's name several times despite an early correction to which he probably wasn't listening
Next: he did quite well to start but soon became evasive, not answering my wife's direct questions but deflecting them as any marketing person will try to do. The pressure was building.
Then: there was the old "price misquoted" chestnut. After Francoise told him the 'Prices from' figure in the original contact email he responded that they were too low ... but... he could do her a special deal. Just this once. She was deliberately hesitant and the longer she hesitated, the more the price came down...
More: when my wife asked for time to think about it he repeatedly asked her 'why' and what was worrying her. Didn't want to let go. He said there were only three more slots available and he had four more meetings that afternoon. And so on...
If he had been sitting in our living room he would have been told to leave.
A disgrace. I will be going to as many media consumer programs as I can with this lot.
I have the whole thing on screen capture, audio and all.
Eventually Francoise persuaded him that she needed to think about it and he let let her go. We did a bit of research. This business is linked in a number of ways to a number of other businesses with a poor reputation. She phoned back to say it was not what she was looking for and, remarkably, he accepted that.
I am soooo disappointed
I am soooo disappointed,
In March I regrettably wrote a good review on here about patient services uk who I was made to believe a dream which sounded amazing, the promises they made were the bees knees so went along with it all, only to experience bullying for payment even before my artwork went live, still being naive I thought if I paid they would hurry up with my artwork that would be advertised in the manor hospital and kept asking me to right a review, I had an headache with this company from the very start but because I’d committed to this company I felt I had to try and get something as I’d payed a substantial amount.
So forgive me people for even making a review before my first year.
Since November 2021 I’ve had to constantly contact this company to see why my artwork (cards and leaflets) hadn’t been put up yet, only to receive a reply telling me it will be soon…it won’t be long now, this to me is a breech of contract on there side, but when it come to me calling them to cancel my contract as I was told to do so in September, this they told me was not sufficient as it should have been a recorded letter, I am told it has gone over the contracted time and I have to pay another 12 months for advertising that I don’t want and to top it all off I’ve never received any work from it. I can honestly say my experience with this company has been very upsetting, they used bullying to get there money and would not let me set up a DD,
The man that came to see us very much sold this advertising by falsely advertising, he told us… along with our cards and leaflets we would have a TV next the advertising board along with everyone else’s business that would show adverts, he also told me that I had been recommended….as they only use companies that’s been recommended,
All this was just a ploy to get my money and they wasn’t bothered about peoples businesses health or welfare, they couldn’t care less about you, only there money
This is still ongoing, I’m being bullied into having another year when I don’t want it.
I started this contract in November 2021 and have cancelled this so called rolling contract in September 2022 over the phone and again by email yesterday 31st October 2022, but still they say it’s not enough I still have 3 months 4 days before the first year ends how is this legal
They say I should have cancelled 9 months after I signed the contract but my artwork didn’t go on display until the 4th of February 2022.
Below is my review I regrettably wrote in March which I was bullied into doing.
Patience services are a legitimate company, I am currently contracted with them, they deliver what they say they will do, a little bit slow with communication but that could be to do with being so busy.
Only just gone live so looking forward to the custom I’m hopefully going to get,
Thank you patient services x
Date of experience: 18 March 2022
All this has made me ill
The deceit
The lies
And the inconsideration
Not to mention the nothing to show for it.😞
Avoid this company
The company was not forthright in their pitch that their services were automatically renewed after the 2 year contract period. Shameful practice. The contract his this condition very well amongst a variety of other points. No reminder their service would be renewed and to top it off, their advertisement did not garner any business for myself.
Not scammers, reviews are scary
I first agreed to advert with patient services in march. I'm a rather new business and the idea of being able to advertise in my local bmi was amazing. I told my friends about it and one of them told me they were a scam. I looked at the reviews and panicked! I thought I'd been dooped and felt so stupid. I emailed telling them I want to cancel to be told I can't, my bad for not reading the entrie thing before signing. A lady from customer service contacted me she invited me to go see an advert they created for me and sure enough there it was. It was great to see my name in there. I felt like an idiot for aguring with them and admit said some nasty things when I was angry. I got make changes to my advert. Only had a couple of new customers so far not as manh as id like, hopefully see more. But point to the matter they are not scammers and really do provide, reviews can be scary, made me panic. I'll add in further in future if anything changes
DONT SIGN, DO NOT Trust Patient Service UK
DONT SIGN, We were promised the world as you do from any marketing company. We paid over £4000 for a two-hospital deal in October 2020...
After I kept chasing this up to see if my advertisement was live, I was told that it hadn't been positioned yet due to covid and the heavy restrictions. But when it was safe to put up, they would email and confirm with me.. but not to worry as the advertisement term only starts when it is placed in the hospital.
A few months passed. It was Sept 2021. I emailed and chased this up because no emails had confirmed that the advert was live. I was told yes, it's been active since July 7th 2021. so it's taken ten months for it to be affected.
The email states that the advertisement term started on July 7th 2021
I then emailed repeatedly because neither I nor my family, who work at the hospital, had seen these advertisements. This was going on for months.. I then made sure I cancelled the contract as I knew it was a rolling contract...
Three weeks later, I was told that I was out of my cancellation period even with ten months still on the advertisement term due to signing the contract in October 2020.
The issue is in the contract it states:
21: It may only be terminated by either party upon six months' written notice, which must be given by recorded delivery and must be expressed to expire on either the completion of the initial advertising term or the completion of any renewal term.
I have ten months left on my initial advertisement term, yet they say I can't cancel.
They are forcing companies to use their shocking service; I'm waiting for them to take this to court as this is shocking. I feel for all the other bad reviews; I'm taking a copy to support my experience.
Please contact me if anyone wants to make a joint complaint about this company.
These guys are praying for small businesses and trying to tie them into contracts.
Patient Services reviews too same company
Worse experience ever
Worse experience ever. I was told their marketing strategies will help us attract more customers and drive the business it’s been over 15 months and still not 1 customer or business from the 2 hospitals they put our video in.
We are a small business and have really struggled over the pandemic. There were months where we struggled really badly. We explained our situation to these guys and was threatened with a court order and told Bailiffs would pay us a visit.
We were stuck in a contract of over £5000 we were promised to have my video in 2 of their hospitals. Visited the hospitals a few times and saw the video once in just over 1 hour.
What ever you do. Don’t fall for the lies and sign that contract.
These guys are liars and just want your money.
Contract Breach
Where to start? I never write bad reviews, I just make sure I don't use services again but from the amount of money I paid and the amount of lies I was told, I had to write this. It is a definite breech of contract which I have used the services of a third party expert to confirm and help conduct a thorough investigation.
I paid thousands of pounds up front from a 1-1 meeting in glasgow. I was promised I would have an advertisement in the A&E department for my physio business to include TV appearance, large banner and business cards.
I visited the site 3 times to view it myself and 3 times I was welcomed to NOTHING. The TV's were not even turned on (which I have picture proof) and no sign of any banners. I asked the staff and they hadn't heard of any advertising in the reception area.
I emailed to find out what was happening and I was sent a picture of a turned on TV, which of course shows no proof of anything. I was also told I have banners in different areas of the hospital which is news to me as this was never discussed.
I have emailed and called multiple times for more of an explanation but no reply. I will continue to pursue this breach of contract to ensure I am compensated.
This review is for small businesses in Glasgow.
Misleading, poor customer service and bullies
UPDATE
This is a previous review which I totally agree with. They are bullies, harassing small self employed businesses, putting pressure on for those to sign up, no time to think or cool off. Don’t meet timescales given and when asked for assistance they ignore any request. There should be an option to give negative stars, as they don’t deserve one. They sell saying that the work with the NHS and this is a scam. Avoid at all costs.
“Total con artists pretending to be affiliated with the NHS, but preying on small businesses. How does Michael (surname removed by reviewer, due to error in details on a previous review) sleep at night, lying and conning people out of their hard earned money. Do not buy into this.”
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!
DISHONEST MARKETING TACTICS.
They make you feel pressured into signing a contract which has no cooling off period.
If I could I would give no stars. I met with their representative at the end of May this year. I made it very clear to him that I was not sure if the advert was something I could afford. He suggested there was flexibility in the contract if I let him know by the morning after the evening I met with him. He suggested that I signed the contract as it would save him coming back if I could afford to run the advert. I went home, had a look at the affordability and then emailed him the same night to say I couldn’t afford it. He responded to the email to apologise for me missing out on the opportunity but understood the financial side and that he would request the cancellation.
I assumed it was all done and dusted.
I am now being harassed to pay for an advert I do not want/need and will not approve and cannot afford. They have said that I don’t need me to approve an advert and they would run one regardless and I have no choice but to pay. They said the email from their representative to me was not confirmation of the cancellation.
Total con artists pretending to be…

Tactics to remove true reviews... con artists
This morning Patient Services have asked me to remove names again on my previous review. I havent used surnames or used personal data and others who have posted positive reviews on here use first names, so why should I remove mine?
Have you contacted the positive reviews to ask them to remove names? Dont worry Patient Services, in the name of equality and fairness, I have asked Trust Pilot to look into all your positive reviews for names as there are some, to make sure they take those down as well. They have already been flagged to go offline like mine was, so one less job for you to do.
This was a clear tactic to remove my review, my truth! I will say it again Patient Services, everytime you remove my review, I will put it up again!
How about Patient Services put their time into their business and their customers, rather than taking down reviews that are true. We all can't be wrong! Look at my other reviews, I am fair and praise a company when it is due.
I am telling the truth, I had a visit by a rubbish sales man who shook like a leaf throughout his attempt at a presentation to us. We were contacted by an even worse cold caller agent to say they were in Belfast for the day and Musgrave and RVH hospital wanted to advertise services in our field.
So believable, because hospitals don't have strict procurement rules for advertising or a very intensive tendering process but Patient Services are so special they can by pass this engrounded process and were telling us we didn't need to do any of this... come on!!
I worked for the NHS for years so knew straight off the bat this was rubbish and a scam but I wanted to waste these con artists time which has now allowed me to post a review on my findings and experience to help others AVOID handing money over to them.
They lie, cheat, steal and swindle you into parting with your money for basic advertising that will never be seen. Honestly, you can get free business cards and leave them in the street and they will target more people than they will with their £5k promise. Plus RVH staff who I spoke to (I know staff here in the areas Patient Services said they had met with) who had no clue who this company were even though they visited the day before! Laughable! Northern Ireland is a very small place, best not to tell lies in a small place where you can be caught out so easily.
Keep going Patient Services and keep removing my TRUTHFUL review, there is only 1 liar here and it ain't me! I will post another review every time you get my review taken down. I have proof of everything I am saying!
Please read the negative reviews from people who have multiple trustpilot reviews. I can assure you my review is true. I have nothing to gain by telling how truly awful this company is from MY experience. I just want to warn other small businesses away from a terrible fate.
Buyer Beware has never been so applicable!!
Reply to Patient Services - please note, just because I do not want to take up your offer of 3 months free services does not make my review any less valid, so please put your arrogance and ignorance to the side.
As a company, you lied about the extent of your relationship with 2 local hospitals, so I had every right to not sign a contract with you, part with any money and i have a right to post my true review. I also have a right to ignore what i deem to be an attempt to look better on this site without my original review being questioned. My opinion is so strong because I am disgusted at your tactics and what I've read about you since, in your interactions with other customers (funny enough all very similar to mine).
If you gave me 30 years for free, I still wouldn't engage with you, but still wouldn't make my review any less true.
I appreciate you have attempted to offer something but to me this is merely damage control as you know I won't remove my review.
The damage was done during your visit to my premises, so don't insult me by saying I won't let you prove yourselves, you had your chance and more than blew it! You only get one chance in business to make a good first impression so bit late you offering this to me now.

I'm not even going to spend any more time detailing what happened with this company, read the reviews before this one, I really wish I had done more research about this company. Complete con .. these guys should be ashamed of themselves, hopefully they will be stopped soon

So patient services are now using…
So patient services are now using tactics to avoid the truth coming out about them by removing reviews... after they had been published and approved... wait and see...
They prey on small business, coercive sales tactics and downright immoral ways of signing you up to something you never get and can't get out of ( according to them) they then bully you with threats of fees and collections ( I paid in full).

They are a scam!
They are a scam!
They sell the publicity as a video in two reception areas in Poole hospital. They do not do that at all!
They contacted me, after my complain and they refused to give the money back and now they are ignoring my emails.
It is not only my company also a lot of other companies are in the same situation as me. Offering something that is not true at all.

Scam. Appalling service.
Extremely disappointed. I’ve never been scammed so badly in my life before but lesson to be learnt now. Please try to avoid.
This has really affected our business financially and I would not recommend. The sales person, came out and really tried to appeal to advertising in hospital and since we are a healthcare business, it made sense. Associated himself with NHS which is not the case. We didn’t have time to do our research as he made me sign the contract that day and once you sign, that’s it. But we have had ZERO response and have already been made to pay £4000 for the 24 months contract within the 6 months, just for a 20 second advert that I could’ve had easily made for a lot less money. And the location is in an area in the corner and there is a TV already in the main reception! Also I was advised I would have it in more areas including the GP surgeries.
Since taking my money, no one has been in touch to check up on how things are going and I have been emailing with no response. Appalling customer service, all they want is con you of your money then they disappear. AVOID.

Resposta da Patient Services UK
ALERT - Avoid
I wish I'd done my research before signing the contract. I was told that they were employed or contracted by my local hospital NHS Trust and other Trusts in the area - so I didn't look at any reviews. The cold call should have been a red flag, and the fact that I couldn't zoom the meeting during covid, they insisted on a meeting at my home office. I actually only did the advertising because I wanted to help more people in my local community; I have had no work whatsoever from this advertising method. I had 3 members of hospital staff trying to locate the business cards/leaflets in the hospital - even the hospital staff couldn't find this board at the front of the hospital. It didn't exist. After a call to Patient Services there was however a small rack at the end of a dead end corridor to the clinic geriatric and cardiology (absolutely nothing to do with hypnotherapy) where a few cards were. Half a dozen business cards and no leaflets, so far these have never been topped up. Also it isn't just £25 a week, you have to have their artwork (which appears to be done on Canva) extra £299 and then add 20% VAT on top of that - for a small business this cost mounts up. A very poor service indeed and I do not recommend.

The advert was put together perfectly and quiet quickly. The added effect of a strobe light in my logo was a very nice touch!
They actioned all my requests and I am very excited to see it in person :)
Great customer service as-well.
Thanks very much.
