Patricia Whites are absolutely marvellous. They have been a fantastic help to us following my husband stroke and dealt seamlessly with the crisis weekend during which I had to be admitted to hospital as an emergency, leaving my husband alone in the house where he promptly fell over. Patricia Whites found an overnight Carer who arrived promptly and looked after Chris until I could be discharged from the hospital. Well done.

It’s been a couple of months of twice/week personal care help for our dad. Dad (97) is very happy with Simone E. who was assigned to us for him. Simone is marvellous. She’s sincerely warm, caring, diligent, reliably punctual and a real angel. Dad really likes her and says she’s the best of the carers he’s had thus far.

Beata was an exceptional live-in carer for my mum, and I could not recommend her more highly.

My mum has dementia and can be challening at times. Beata handled difficult situations with extraordinary patience, compassion and dignity. She genuinely cared about my mum and became a real companion to her, not simly her carer.

She was excellent in every aspect of her role – incredibly organised and reliable, meticulous with personal care and medication, and a fantastic cook! We always knew that my mum was in safe and capable hands.

Another thing which made Beata particularly special was the support she gave to my sister and me too. Caring for a parent with dementia is a difficult journey, and Beata wonderful source of support to us throughout. She understood what we were going through and was always there with kindness and reassurance.

I have the highest regard for Beata and would have complete confidence in recommending her to any family. We feel very lucky that she cared for my mum.

We needed to arrange personal care for an elderly family member at very short notice (I contacted PW on Friday for the following Monday). PW were very responsive and helpful. The carer assigned is brilliant. She arrives on time, is warm, caring, efficient and our family member is very happy with her assistance. The whole experience has been a God-send. Thank you.

Paula was exceptional. She reads the family she is working with well and strikes the right balance when encouraging independence. She fit is really well with our family and if ever you need support for a frail parent on a holiday, she is perfect for it.

Living alone and having broken my arm a few weeks ago, I was anxious to find a carer who might come round to my flat for a couple of hours every morning and help me sort out some basic chores I was unable to manage unaided - to do with cleaning, washing and cooking. A friend recommended a private care service Patricia White's Care Service (I live in North London) and in turn I would like to recommend this company to anyone in the same predicament as my own. The service is easy to get in touch with, and once on the phone, friendly and helpful about what can be offered, at what I believe to be very reasonable rates. The carer Patricia White's recommended me, Nafisa Aden, turned out to be all that could be hoped for - efficient, friendly, and calm in a crisis. She has made the past few weeks fly by and aided my path to recovery by her cheerful, efficient presence. I have no hesitation in giving both her and the company the highest possible recommendation.

I have loved being a Carer with Patricia Whites for the past 10 years, and feel very valued. Our support staff at the office are just great. We are well cared for, and they go the extra mile for us should we need their help. We had an amazing carer (Nana) for my 91-year-old mother. Nana stepped in at the last minute to cover for a colleague. Nana is thoughtful, patient and sensible. Many thanks to her for her work with my mother and to PWs for organising her placement.

My Dad needed waking night care as he has Parkinson's. Patricia White's provided two amazing carers, Tackler and Sandra who worked on a rota caring for Dad. Both Tackler and Sandra were kind, caring, professional and attentive to Dad's needs but also were so caring with my Mum, looking out for her, helping round the house, and offering companionship. Dad couldn't have been better looked after by them both. It has been a tremendously difficult time but Tackler and Sandra eased the pain for all of us and gave us peace of mind. Thank you to the PW's team and Tackler and Sandra for your outstanding care.

Our experience with Patricia White's has been extremely positive over the last few weeks, the carers have been great, and Gemma in particular has been hugely helpful on the customer service side.

Patricia Whites have been amazing and we’ve had consistently excellent experiences with both the office team but more importantly the carers. Most recently, Bonnie joined us and she has been absolutely wonderful — warm, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful in her approach. Her rapport with Lily is lovely, full of laughter and calm reassurance, even during moments of anxiety.

The office team, are always responsive, very professional, and genuinely caring. They go the extra mile to ensure continuity and quality of care. It’s clear they take great pride in matching the right carers to each individual’s needs.

Also, I’d like to take a moment to personally thank Angela. She’s been our main carer and has been absolutely wonderful throughout. Her calm nature and consistency have made such a difference to Lily’s wellbeing, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she does.

Gemma has been incredibly helpful at providing two absolutely brilliant carers at very short notice. Both the ladies (Jeniffer and Mihaela) who are looking after my father are efficient, compassionate and kind.
