Perfect service from start to finish
After experiences with over zealous sales people listing features in bored monotone meeting Sue yesterday was a welcome change. Right from the start she was welcoming, knowledgeable & so helpful. My washer was ordered, delivered, installed & the old one taken away within 18hours. Lee & Craig worked really well together to ensure a smooth & efficient installation. They were both friendly & knowledgeable. This was a great experience from a professional and trusted company. I'll definitely be buying my next appliance from here!

I ordered a new washer over the phone on Monday and was served by Susan who was lovely and very helpful. It was delivered Tuesday morning by two gentlemen Lee and Craig and the service was excellent. Overall a really good experience.

Great service
Just bought a new cooker from Paul Davies- staff really helpful and though they didn't have the model in store they were able to provide us with all the information we needed and at a great price for the appliance. Delivery and installation was efficient and well co-ordinated.

Beware !
Beware !! Website is very misleading if you live in Scotland . When ordering a cooker Sunday 26th October I was given an option to have a delivery date of my choice and an uplift of my old appliance. However once the order went through I was then contacted to say they can’t uplift my cooker as I’m in Scotland . Then on the day I expected my delivery the Wednesday 29th October no details of delivery were given , on contacting the company I was told that the cooker would not be arriving as they can’t give specific dates and that my cooker would not be collected from their warehouse until Friday 31st and my delivery would be the beginning of the following week . I have now been without a cooker 8 days as I had my one uplifted on the Tuesday as I expected the delivery on the Wednesday. The customer service was disappointing they really didn’t try to help , I was offered a refund of £25 as they couldn’t uplift my old cooker . Over all I would highly recommend if you are in Scotland you read or telephone to double check your order delivery dates etc as the website is very misleading.
Let’s hope when the cooker arrives tomorrow 4th November that there are no issues with the appliance !!!
Be vigilant when ordering from this company .

They phoned us 30 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on their way.
Fitting was quick & tidy.

The delivery guys were obviously experienced at getting larger items through small spaces.Laid carpet down so floor didnt scratch.Took doors off freezer to fit snd plugged all in .Perfect
