Neff oven and microwave
Brilliant experience with Paul Davies kitchens from start to finish. Lucy couldn’t do enough for us. She was knowledgeable of oven and microwave we needed and what was suitable. She emailed me with different options. Delivery was fast ordered Tuesday fitted on Thursday. Lee and Greg were friendly and respectful. Fitting wasn’t straightforward but they were determined thank you.

Great selection, honest advice and customer service
Popped in to look at kitchen white goods and left with a new condenser dryer and dishwasher chosen and paid for for delivery in two days.
Sue answered all our questions about timings and sizes and didn't try to get us to buy more expensive machines.

Worked hard to satisfy customer after a…
Worked hard to satisfy customer after a faulty unit delivered. Not Davies fault, it leaned sideways. Unit worked and was satisfactory over Xmas awaiting replacement but the fridge was 2 cm out of square in 186 cm high! Replacement arrived early in Jan and is now satisfactoriltpyinsralled , and it’s square.

Thank you very much for your 5 star review. We really appreciate your patience while we resolved the issue with the original unit. Although it arrived with a manufacturing fault, we are pleased it was usable over the Christmas period and that the replacement could be fitted promptly in early January.
We are delighted everything is now installed correctly and thank you for your kind words and understanding throughout.

Misinformation on the website and poor business practice
I ordered a gas cooker advertised for £383 on their website. At the time I spoke to their agent and pointed out that there was an error in the description (for a cooker hood, not a cooker). He confirmed that despite the website error this was the correct price for the cooker so I purchased it. 2 days later I received an email stating "Unfortunately, we have identified a pricing error on our website. The correct price for the item is £494.51."
I called again and an agent offered to reduce the new price by £30. I said this was not acceptable as I could obtain the same cooker at a lower price. The agent declined to offer a better price so I cancelled the order by email and requested a refund.

Unfortunately, an incorrect product description and price were displayed on our website due to a system error. While our team member did their best to assist at the time, the incorrect pricing was later identified and corrected before the order was dispatched. As soon as this was discovered, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered a goodwill discount as an apology for the inconvenience.
We fully understand that this was disappointing and respect your decision to cancel the order. Your refund was processed promptly in line with our cancellation policy.
We take feedback like this very seriously and have since reviewed our procedures to reduce the risk of similar errors occurring in future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Great service
Went into the store on Monday to order a washing machine and tumble dryer. Was very happy to be told they could be delivered the following day. Lee and Craig delivered the products as promised. Both of them were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Great service all round.
