Fantastic service by Paul Davies
Fabulous workmanship from both Lee and Craig in the delivery and plumbing in of my new dishwasher to taking the old one away. Both guys so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I knew the job wouldn’t be straightforward in view of old rusty fittings and pipework plus an
old leaky appliance. Both guys we’re not fazed at all by the complications and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve all issues. I now have a smart new dishwasher with the correct fittings. Thank you so much to Paul Davies and of course to Lee and Craig. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 100% a five star service!

The delivers/fitters Lee and Craig were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick in installing the oven too, even recommending next steps and directing us to the store’s range of products. We could not ask for a better service, and look forward to using them again in future.

Great experience from start to finish with Paul Davies. Really helpful in store and very knowledgeable.
Lee came to remove our old machine and install new. We were contacted 20 minutes before arrival, very friendly over the phone and in person. Did a great job!

Don't use for a whole new kitchen!!
I can see from most of the reviews on here that people have just ordered goods from Paul Davies, and not had a whole new kitchen fitted....I'm not going into detail as I have wasted too much time and effort with this, but the communication before, during and afterwards was abysmal...the salesman Tony Carruther totally ignored us once he had the deposit, the kitchen was fitted incorrectly and nobody seemed to care!! Everything was left to me to chase up. Fair play the fitters and tiler were good and reliable, but the store customer service does not exist sadly.

new oven
Lee and Craig fitted a new oven. They were incredibly efficient, did a great job and were very polite and friendly- would definitely recommend
I also had help from Sue in the showroom. She is so knowledgeable and was able to point out differences between the ovens for which I was unaware and therefore was able to choose an oven that was ideal for us. Sue was very friendly and professional. It is definitely worth visiting the showroom for advice.

New oven
We purchased a new oven from Paul Davies and couldn't be happier with it. The guys in the showroom where extremely helpful and accommodating with our order. The installers Lee and Craig with fantastic when installing our new appliance. They where quick and efficient and any problems or worries where expertly delt with. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

New Cooker
Rang Paul Davies 08/09/25.
Spoke to Lucy enquiring about a new cooker, and received good advice and a competitive price.
Cooker was delivered the following day at 11.00 a.m...09/09/25 by Lee & Craig, two very friendly & efficient Lads.
Old Cooker removed taken away, and new one installed in 30 mins
This is the 2nd time I've dealt with this Company, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them 👍 Colin
