It is great and refreshing to see the light at the end of the tunnel finally, and it's not an oncoming train. When you are making sales over $66K/month from your e-comm store, and Amazon only releases your money every 14 days, you need the cash-flow for inventory; Payability has given me the ability to meet my inventory demands. At first I was skeptical of them when I read the negative reviews about over charging or hidden fees; however, all of those issues never happened to me. My experience was extremely streamlined and my agent, Jonathan, was graciously patient with all my incessant questions. The people who were complaining about hidden fees or being charged twice never did their due diligence of understanding Payability’s fee structure. There wasn’t anything hidden, everything is stated in the bylaws. So honestly, if your in a situation where you could use the immediate capital, I’d highly recommend trying Payability out.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. After speaking with you directly on the phone it seems that your biggest pain point is that Payability does not report your Instant Advance repayments to the credit bureau. Payability chooses not to pull credit scores to make underwriting decisions because we believe that personal history with credit should not impact your Ecommerce business. Likewise, we unfortunately do not report to bureaus for customers that are active. If you have any further questions on this you can email us directly at Support@payability.com
