Yennefer Clark was able to solve my issue in five minutes when for the last five days I called, I emailed and no one could resolve the issue. They even “escalated it” and told me 24 hrs then “a couple days” but I called again this evening and got Yennefer who was friendly, efficient and solved my issue in 4 minutes!!! Thank you so much!!!! Y’all need to “escalate” Yennefer into a well paying Customer Issue Solver role because she saved my opinion of Payactive!!!

So far, so good...

I applied for the card, a few months ago...and the application is still pending. It's annoying.

I used the chat function on their website, and I was connected with a very helpful agent, named Emory.

They assured me that my concern would be addressed shortly.

The app/site gets three stars, but Emory gets five stars for customer service...hence the four-star review.

They over charge they already took there money last paycheck talking about 288 is missing and took it out of my upcoming paycheck. Don't trust them. Just wait until you get paid or find a better app like Dave. Dave doesn't have technical difficulties that's will inconvenience people.

Alvi Duncan really cane through for me today. He assisted me with payactiv,some that obviously 4 other reps couldn't do.He went above and beyond with patience and expertise.

I like the fact you can access your money early the problem is that can lead to low paychecks causing you to borrow again and again. Then once you pay it off it takes almost two weeks before they realize you paid back already so there is a big gap where I’m just broke and looking to borrow elsewhere. In other words avoid if you can
