they give you wrong answers constantly and give you questions that you are not in any way able to answer since you havent learned it yet if your taking microbiology and this is the site they give you to learn. good luck and the website constantly revokes your access at random times so yeah cant even do its only job correctly

Avoid at all costs - I wouldn’t take this exam even for free. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible company.
The whole process was a joke. I arrived early and wasn’t allowed to wait inside for 20 minutes, even though there were around 25 empty seats in the waiting room. Completely illogical and unprofessional.
The test environment itself was extremely distracting:
• No sound isolation at all - constant noise from other people.
• Not enough time to properly describe pictures or complete tasks.
• Chaotic, stressful conditions that make it impossible to perform well.
• £10 headphones from aliexpress- with very - very loud beeps (propably I will have tunitis after this exam)
On top of that, I witnessed someone being refused the exam because their document included a middle name, and he instantly lost £160. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue.
A complete waste of money and time.
I genuinely cannot believe that the government lists this company as a recommended provider on their official website. Seriously - do not go there!
Subscriber Be Ware
Any company that makes it nearly impossible to cancel your relationship with them should not be trusted, and Pearson certainly falls into this category. If your service requires users to scour the internet for tips on how to end their relationship with your company, you're probably doing bad business.

If anyone wants to see how to design a website and run a business with the most appalling service imaginable, look no further than Pearson.
Pearson now ranks as the worst website and customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I purchased an eBook, received a code to redeem it, and was immediately asked to log into yet another website. To download the book, you’re forced to install a separate app. And if you want a refund? You’re redirected to yet another site.
Here are the official refund instructions from Pearson+:

The problem? The refund option doesn’t exist. And it gets worse. When you try to use the chat feature, it only provides a U.S. phone number before abruptly ending the chat. If you attempt to continue, you’re told “no agents available” and the chat closes again.
I work in tech, and this is by far the worst user experience I’ve ever had. Too many websites, misleading instructions, endless hoops to jump through — and you still can’t even download the eBook without more unnecessary steps.
This is supposed to be a training company. Hard to believe, isn’t it? Unfortunately, I can’t avoid using Pearson because it’s the only way to book certifications. Perhaps this is the issue? I feel they know this like it a monopoly so they think anything goes. We just have to put up with it.
But if there were such a thing as a negative rating, Pearson would deserve it.
What this ultimately means is if you have ANY issues you are on your own. There is an 0800 number but Im not paying the toll to request a refund. It will likely cost more than the book I just purchased
The web site has no contact email or number. This applies to all as believe me when you start it is like a rabbit hole of sites you need to log into. Moreover, they force you to log into each. This is not SSO either. Separate account logins. Its absolutely horrible. It's an absolute mess. Its the perfect example of the world we live in today.
Please take a look. Buy an ebook and have the experience and then learn from it and it will show you everything about what not to do when you run a company providing a service. Scary isn't it? The provide a service to us.
Where is your customer support???
I made a mistake on my order, sent few emails to check if it was possible to amend it and find an alternative; called their customer services and chat who is managed by AI, a total disaster, where is your customer support to be honest for such a company and referring to English courses and books, you are not worst it !!! Unbelievable experience, never again!!!!
Ridiculous service
My experience with this company has been absolutely infuriating. I ordered my BAI almost three weeks ago and, according to them, it “already arrived” at my house — but the truth is that I have received absolutely nothing. Of course, they had no problem charging me immediately.
I emailed them asking for an explanation, and the reply I got was so poor it was almost insulting. If their shipping service changes and affects customers, the very least they could do is properly explain the situation when someone asks. Instead, I get an email saying the order appears as delivered, when nobody was even home to receive it. How can they confirm something that clearly never happened?
On top of shipping it extremely late, their customer service is awful, my order never arrives, they ignore important questions, and to make things even worse, they send me the invoice as if everything had gone perfectly. It’s simply ridiculous.
I’m tired of excuses. I want my order NOW or my money back. There is no justification for such terrible service.

Absolutely disgraceful how much they get away with. Professors implore you to do the review questions, but they charge you a monthly fee to do so, on top of the actual textbook. You people are abhorrent.
Horrible experience - Worst functionality possible.
This website sucks, allow me to elaborate:
1. User pricing
Their books are overpriced, and without an access code you cannot submit work to your class on the pearson website. This is greed and stunts student success on the factor of income.
2. Terrible Website experience
This website by far charges students hundreds of dollars and gives a bare minimum website design, bad answer validation and is very broken, with some questions even refusing to load their next portions.
3. Bad Support
You cannot actively talk to agents about broken questions without sending an email, so teachers have to manually correct mistakes on pearsons end due to assignment deadlines.
4. Bad graphing system
The graphs are not proportionate in their grid, which confuses students and myself when using them for questions. Furthermore, plotting graphs is a difficult task as the user interface only has tools that are more of a simplified shorthand for plotting, which makes ploting cubic graphs, quadratic graphs, much harder.

Not an official Adobe training book. It is a bootleg fraud.
I purchased Adobe Premiere Pro Classroom in a Book. You are directed to download the lessons from Peachpit/Pearson. The download doesn't work. After hours of frustration I learned the book is not an official Adobe product at all. Adobe informed me they have nothing to do with the book. THIS BOOK IS A BOOTLEG FRAUD THAT IS USELESS.
StudyPrep is a life saver
I wouldn't have passed my exams without Pearson+. The video explanations are so much easier to follow than just the textbook alone. And the study prep gives you tons of example problems with answers so you can drill until you get it. I will keep my subscription for every class until I finish my prerequisites for vet school.

Terribili. Preparazione con manuali i cui esercizi che non si trovano nell’esame, che si svolge totalmente attraverso l’ascolto di difficilissimi dialoghi o monologhi senza mai, nemmeno una volta, uno stralcio. Entro pochi secondi devi rispondere; il massimo del tempo concesso è di minuti 2:50 per la writing, inclusa la lettura della consegna. Questionari solo ascoltati per dare risposte mai chiuse o semi strutturate. Dicono di dare la possibilità di rifarlo ma non è garantito, la maggior parte delle volte viene negato. Meglio Cambridge o Trinity.

Scam that traps you into a 6 month renewal. I needed access to an eTextbook for a 6 week class and am now paying monthly for 6 months, unable to cancel. Directions to cancel on the website are wrong, and the customer service reps are not helpful
