Ordered an Filo Fax and a Caran D’Ache pen. Delivery was very quick and items were as stated. I ordered the pen with blue ink and it came black, mentioned it to Pen Haven and they very kindly replaced the ink cartridge which came the following day. Excellent service all round.

This is the first time i've ordered two Cross ballpoints from Pen Heaven. I by mistake order on 1-3 days delivery option whereas I needed it to be delivered next day. I wrote an email and Joe replied promptly that he's updated the order at no extra cost. I've received the pens today and must say they are better than they looks on the website. Very pleased with the service, prices and delivery. Keep up the good service

Parker pen broke after 2 weeks of light use...
Contacted customer services for new one, spoke with Joe, who has responded quickly and arranged to send a new one out, good customer service. Hopefully the new pen does not break again!

Just received my new Parker Jotter Chrome Trim Fountain Pen which writes like a dream. Along with Parker Quink and Parker Deluxe Ink Converter. All under £35 inc delivery. Great value and excellent customer service.

Purchased two pens as a gift couple of months ago. The serviced received was amazing, but not why I’m writing my review.

One of them broke at the barrel and I believed it to be a factory error. Spoke to the amazing customer support team and the same day the pretty much sent me a free replacement on special delivery! Thank you Joe for your speedy replies and professionalism!

Really good people working at the company. After an error on the website order and I receive the wrong item, they worked really hard to find a solution so I could get the correct one the every next day as I needed it for a gift! Very grateful and the leather embossed booklet I got is stunning.

Absolutely appalling service. It has now been 14 days since I placed my order, and it’s still nowhere to be seen. The advertised delivery time for the standard service was completely unclear, and when I contacted customer service, I was told it should take 4 to 9 days. Clearly, that was either a guess or a flat-out lie.

After chasing them repeatedly, they finally responded with the excuse of a “bank holiday backlog”. This was never mentioned anywhere on the website at the time of ordering, and quite frankly, it’s unacceptable. The item was meant as a gift, and now that moment has passed. The whole point of timely delivery has been completely missed.

What makes this even worse is the useless customer service. Their only repeated response? “You should have used a faster service.” Excuse me? How about you deliver what you advertise instead of blaming the customer? There was no warning of any delay, no proactive communication, and definitely no accountability.

It is now heading towards 16 days, and I’m still waiting. Their delivery timelines are misleading, their communication is lazy, and their support team is beyond incompetent. Avoid at all costs if you actually care about your order arriving on time or at all.

I used Pen Heaven for a project at work and it really was a floorless experience. Aneta was so proficient and customer focused. I would 100% recommend.

I recently completed my first purchase with Pen Heaven. They had then pen I wanted, at a good price. The selection is good, the website is easy to navigate and use. My items arrived quickly, were excellently packaged and the updates were useful.

What really impressed me was the level of service. As soon as I opened my package I realised I had made an error, I had accidentally ordered the wrong ink. I emailed them, had a very quick response from Joe. I explained my mistake, returned the ink and the correct bottle was with me in a jiffy! Thanks Joe and Pen Heaven.

I had the pleasure of purchasing an item from Pen Haven today, the website is extremely easy to navigate with a plethora of products. I had a query about an item and used the messaging service, I had several prompt replies sent by Joe who was very responsive and informative. When your first time using a company is great, it’s wonderful.. but when you get your order details incorrect, and are on a strict timeline, needing engraving and gift wrapping, then OMG.. the service and support offered by Joe and his team was unbelievable! They got the item to me on time, as I really wanted it, correcting what was on the original order. Superb communication and support. The gift was fabulous and loved as well!
I cannot recommend Pen Heaven highly enough, and will definitely use again.. although next time, I will reduce the strain by double checking the order first.

Don’t bother paying for next working day delivery - they will take your money and still deliver a day late! Unreliable service!

I usually don’t give a feedback, It was such an impressive service that I couldn’t help but share it. When Amazon lost my bulk order and I was running out of time with a tight deadline, I stumbled upon this company. Joe’s polite, prompt and flexible response was excellent. I would definitely recommend and use their services again if the opportunity arises.

Preordered the Honey Kaweco Collection and received the wrong cartridge. Joe was very kind in explaining the mixup and once the cartridge was available he got me the right one delivered pronto!
