They play dirty with shipping prices. When I selected expedited shipping it was 16.99. On my confirmation it was $24.99

Straight fraud, just at too low an amount for me to chase.

Craftsmanship of product defective; stitching on luggage bag handle unfinished and wrong thread weight used. Purchased 4 such items for presents and same defect on each of them! Company would not honor exchange/replacement (didn't ask for refund) because more than 30 days elapsed since purchase, after company had me take and send pics which clearly show the assemblyline defect. Products were purchased for x-mas presents that were just used (for the first time and broke) for a planned group vacaction. Cannot order items for presents or gifts or trust company to stand behind its products. To add insult to injury, customer service said to order and pay for the itmes again and it will extend a 50% discount off retail price. Not using Personalization Mall again.

I ordered two white personalized Easter baskets. Both baskets were supposed to be the same, but one was yellowed at the bottom and slightly lopsided. Another annoying issue was the paint chipping off both baskets and leaving a mess on my table. Unfortunately, I emailed the company, hoping they could send me just another basket, not even the personalized fabric part, but they refused. They gave me 20% off, which came to a $7 refund on my $88 purchase :( Shop elsewhere for better quality and customer service.

Paid for expedited delivery. Fed Ex didn't get the memo. When I contacted PM the day it was supposed to be delivered they won't do anything until after the fact. Fed Ex says won't be delivered until the day after it was scheduled. The company doesn't care!!! POOR customer service. Buyer beware

I ordered a heart memorial keepsake for a friend who lost his mother. I ordered it online and I’m not sure if the company made the mistake with the delivery address or if I had written the wrong address in the wrong place but the item was delivered to me by mistake. When I spoke with a representative (Jordan) he was most understanding and solicitous and helpful! I offered to return the item or have them send me a new shipping label and I would forward the gift to the recipient but Jordan offered to send a new gift to the person at their expense. You will not be disappointed in dealing with this business. 5/5 for me

Had ordered in past, so purchased a personalized gift for a military family member. Despite painstakingly entering the gift recipient’s address, the item was delivered to the billing address. The customer service representative berated me for not double checking the address again a few hours before the scheduled shipment! Why would I do that? I assumed personalization mall was as professional as the average eBay seller. Wrong assumption!

Zero stars earned. Customer service provides incompetent service. Products were defective, Getting them to redo the product was not a possibility. Every time I did what they asked , they presented me with A new hoop to jump through to get requested service. I have reported them to the BBB. I encourage you to look elsewhere, HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I incorrectly ordered the wrong size tee shirt. I was given a 50% credit and I ordered another. Wonderful service, and great quality shirt. Everyone I spoke with was exceptional. I do use the faster shipping paying more, but USPS has lost so many packages with dismal tracking information, I always bite the bullet for better shipping options. I think they do a better job than Zazzle.

Finally got my personalized mug for Christmas from my elderly mother on January 2nd. Personalized note almost illegible due to size and crammed into box with a mug and no bubble wrap, just a framed out 1layer card board box.

Ordered a Christmas Gift on the 6th December. It is now the 30th December and I still haven't received it. After emailing them, I received a 'Dispatch Notice'. I still haven't received anything and when I click on the Tracking Number, Royal Mail says they are still 'expecting it'. No one has responded to me, so I will now be claiming via PayPal. Shocking customer service.

Called them to help me get my package that set 20 minutes from my house and all they told me was it is their 20 minutes away. Never will order from them again. Fedex is a joke to. This company needs to be run out of business, what a joke

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Personalization Mall. The delivery dates were completely inaccurate, and my products were delivered far later than promised. After multiple phone calls to follow up, I was repeatedly told, “We have a lot of customers,” as if my concerns didn’t matter.

To make matters worse, they misprinted the return address on my envelopes. The proof I approved was correct, and the label had the correct print, yet the final product was wrong. I even sent photos to prove their mistake, but they refused to reprint or refund me.

It was a horrible experience from start to finish, and their lack of accountability and poor customer service were truly devastating. I will never order from them

Ordered an item for Christmas and had to pay expedited shipping costs to “ensure” it arrives before/on Christmas Eve. Cashed the day before to find out where item is, shipping hasn’t even picked up product. I was told to call back by representative on Xmas Eve and that their office hours were 9-4p CST, I called at noon and office was closed for holiday. Company is a joke, blowing customers off! I won’t be shopping with this company again

I have used them 4 times this holiday season..I order some embroided bath wraps for my adult sons navy blue with embroidered initials in golden rod...IT MORE THAN MET MY EXPECTATIONS...GREAT QUALITY. So great I decided my daughters needed the same Christmas love as well...so I ordered her purple towel wrap with her first intial and with her full name under it..my only regret is I meant to do lilac embroidery for name and accidentally chose cream but it still look great and had great quality...The company was so kind... eventhough it was MY MISTAKE they offered a 30% discount if I wanted to redo it.....HERE IS THE CHERRY ON TOP...They have a personalized letter that looks like its on notebook paper that you can write and have it printed on a throw blanket..so personal...simply WONDERFUL IDEA.. eventhough I did not pay expedited delivery and the site said deliver after Christmas, it's scheduled to be delivered the 2 days b4 Christmas by FEDEX every one of my deliveries came well before expected..I was so nervous to try this unknown company...but I have been pleasantly surprised...BRAVO PERSONALIZED MALL...BRAVO...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY..QUALITY FOR LESS..QUICK SHIPMENT AND RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE..AGAIN BRAVO!!!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter and her boyfriend Dec 11. Tracking showed “pending approval in transit”(???!!!) for a few weeks! I notified them and they immediately sent another one. My daughter and her boyfriend will absolutely love it!! A great company and great quality personalized items!! NEVER disappointed!!

This company is on point. The products are beautiful and just as pictured online. Personalization was easy to complete and you can view your personalized product right on the screen. Great experience! I would highly recommend ordering from this company.
