After the sudden death of our 6 year old perfect Tess, we were struggling with grief. We realised that the prospect of another dog coming into our lives was so important to us. Your website with its confirmation of being trust worthy, was a place we could look for a puppy to come into our home after a period of grieving. We were amazed that we found a new litter so late in the year and the breeder has been fantastic, Completely understanding how we were feeling and needing a period of time between our loss and a new pet, I did find the website a little difficult to navigate at times though. I would certainly recommend it to others, and our vet has also said it was an 'OK' site to look at.

It is really easy to use pets4homes. I got the cutest pair of male guinea pigs. The seller was easy to contact and very open and honest.Love my boys

The staff are so friendly to me , my dog and my kids !! Really helpful and knowledgable . I love this store (Eastgate) always well stocked .

I can't recommend enough. An excellent way to find your new pet. It took the stress away of not knowing who you are buying from. Breeders are ID checked, secure payment, a 6mth guarantee and even a free period of pet insurance. Easy communication channel. All for a small fee - worth every single penny. And our little friend in settling in very well too :-)

I signed up a few weeks ago and have found the website easy to navigate and so helpful .I would love to take every dog I see lol I haven't found my forever bestie yet but with pets4homes im confident I will .keep up the great work x

Really easy site to navigate. I did have problems trying to ‘log on’ but that was all dealt with efficiently and quickly sorted. Would definitely recommend this site.

The website is easy to use allowing to set filters so unwanted breeds don't show up on the pets your interested in. There's a lot of choice and each advertiser has to complete comprehensive information about their pet for sale.

Everything was straight forward. Payment felt and was secure and the 5 week interim insurance included was really helpfull. The onus is on the seller to ensure the buyer is giving their dog a good home.

I can honestly recommend this practice to anyone looking for pet care. They were patient with my menace of a kitten and talked me though everything I could hope to know about what they were doing and what my next steps are as well as health/grooming tips to keep Gordon happy. Overall they might be a Small team but they’re highly competent.

I have only just started looking for a puppy. I would like to thank the honest reviews as already I encountered a bad experiece on my first contact. I was sent a video of the puppies. I requested a photo of the mother. She said tobe honest with you there is no mother Ive bought these from a breeder The advert included a photo of some random mother dog. Then I looked at trustpilot and got the answers. Thank you so much I dont want scruplious bred dogs.
