I have only just started looking for a puppy. I would like to thank the honest reviews as already I encountered a bad experiece on my first contact. I was sent a video of the puppies. I requested a photo of the mother. She said tobe honest with you there is no mother Ive bought these from a breeder The advert included a photo of some random mother dog. Then I looked at trustpilot and got the answers. Thank you so much I dont want scruplious bred dogs.

Lovely app run by real people. :) And we found our new family member, what more could you ask for!

Iam the first time to use pets4homes from breeder role. I can successfully to reach the target customer and make a deal. The payment transfer is very fast and reliable. Protect customers and buyer also. Highly recommend this platform.

The site is easy to navigate and the breeders professional. You get a clear idea of location, parents of the puppies and useful information about health record etc . You can look for specific breeds, pure pedigree or dogs needing rehoming- excellent site .

Whilst the site is easy to navigate etc alot of the adverts I looked at for the type of animal I was after was all old. Adverts where they haven't been updated to show if animals had been rehomed or not. Adverts where months old. Sellers hadn't been online for weeks or even months at a time. This really needs looking into and sorting as just puts people off when getting no response

Pets4Homes is an easy and user friendly way of finding the pet you want. We are delighted with our new kitten and were able to communicate with his breeder. We could see they were a nice family and not a kitten farm and that the kittens were lovingly reared in their sitting room. We were able to visit and see our kitten from early on.

Pets4Homes made the whole process of buying a new puppy very straightforward. Communication with the seller through the app, booking viewings, payment and finally setting a date for collection was clear and easy.

There is hardly any customer service here. They don't value customers at Pets4Homes as possibly spoilt with too many people signing up. No common courtesy or friendliness.
I took my custom to Gumtree and found the kitten straight away. Because they are smaller site their prices are cheaper and people advertising reply quicker. Good quality at affordable price with better customer service.

I love this website because it ensures the sellers are honest and reputable as well as putting in place safe guards for potential buyers. I like the fact that it's nationwide and covers a huge range of pedigree and mixed breed dogs. A whole host of other animals are also available to buy and also removing of "unwanted" animals.

Easy to research suitable breeds for my lifestyle. Comforting to have the backing of Pest4Homes for payment and post purchase guarantees re: health etc Very easy method of secure payment.

Although this company has refunded my deposit. I’m still unhappy with the fact that they advertise sellers as trusted and then when questioned on this they pointed out I can’t rely on the trusted status

Too many scammers on this site and when I reported to Pets4homes UK after telling these so called animal sellers they were scammers and there were so many, Pets4Homes blocked my account. This is how they work. These are not breeders they are individuals that advertise a dog (usually not a puppy) for re-homing. The price is cheap. They string you along chatting to you because all they want is for you to call them or vice versa and your number is then sold to Marketing Companies and you get inundated with calls. There is no dog, there is usually no picture of the person selling a dog. When you ask for their address to visit they do not get back to you waiting for you to fall into their trap or they invite you to go on WhatsApp. Recently I started to tell them they were scammers and I got barred from the site. Pets4Homes have done nothing and cannot prove it because these are people living at addresses that are legit and the only person that knows it's is a scam are these people (regulars) who go by a first name and first letter of a surname. The person knows when they try and give you a video call and your phone keeps getting scam calls. They sell your phone details to marketing companies. Shame on you Pets4homes.

The site was great long time ago and now it's gone downhill. To advertise I had to go through several procedures like passport upload, face scan, finance check. All of this just to find a suitable new owner for my cat. Two days in and my advert is still pending. I am seeing similar issue with people registering to buy. The customer service is very slow. Possibly due to extortionate number of people having similar problems.

It was mine first time on here a friend recommended so easy to use. Plus I like the way u pay /deposit for the animals / pets then have to press collect.to confirm. So u know that they will keep your pet till been and seen/collected . 100% use it again.
