I bought a BMWX3 from Phantom with warranty servicing and ceramic coating ( get the coating!!!) . It’s fair to say it didn’t go completely smoothly but any company can get a five star review when everything is perfect , the true five star measure is how they deal with problems and Phantom ( I really mean Ellie and the after sales team where exceptional. I have previously used so called specialist BMW independent garage but to be honest the service and attention I got from Phantom was far superior and they after sales team will be getting all my car servicing will from now on despite it’s actually a 30 mile drive instead of 2 .

They even reimburse me for the uber to pick up my car …. I’ve never heard of anyone doing that . I’m stunned for words ( now that’s six star service )
Phantom have some amazing cars , pristine and great examples but Ellie and the team make sure it stays that way and for that it’s a huge five star review from me . Thank you

I had a great experience buying my car from Alistair at Phantom Motor Company. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and never made me feel under any pressure. Even though I was a bit overwhelmed and nervous throughout the process, Alistair stayed calm, focused, and reassuring. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made everything as straightforward as possible.

The car was exactly as described, and ready for collection. Even with the finance and paperwork, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. To top it all off, I even received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a really nice! I don’t normally get free gifts when buying things 🥹, so it was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable.

Definitely knew how to sell a car and was really helpful with all her knowledge and she was very thorough. Answered all my questions, and whilst bolt on packages were discussed, she never pressured me into taking them. Totally left it to my decision.
When we collected our car we had Longin helping us and he again was very pleasant, very helpful and discussed everything before we left. Both were really helpful.
Would definitely use Phantom Motor Company again and ask for Chelsey or Longin again!

Feel scammed completely
Purchase Aston Martin from this company 6 weeks ago they’ve had my car in there garage 3 weeks no sign of fixing the issue, hilarious as they don’t even no what is up with the vehicle and they constantly lie luckily if my car isn’t fixed in sensible time limit my finance are rejecting this vehicle. But I honestly wanted to think this company was good but there genuinely not it’s been utter HELL and each email they send is different problems they should not sell prestige vehicles if they cannot fix them and secondly the cars are all from auctions so they clearly aren’t fixed before selling them.
Finally when I dropped my vehicle off to be repaired another 3 customers also dropping there vehicle off due to them being sold broken cars.
They don’t care once they take the money you only have to see trust pilot, auto trader, TikTok and also Facebook how many people they have conned! Such a shame as it’s been an awful upsetting experience and I suffer with severe anxiety which I am fully diagnosed with and this company have flared it up completely and just genuinely don’t care once you sign.
The mental stress since dropping the vehicle off has been awful, the car dropped whilst I was driving 60ph road with my child and red warning signs told me to not drive, as a young women this was terrifying.

This disaster gets worse
I will be updating this publicly on multiple places due to severe issues which my vehicle after them returning it 5 weeks ago after it being off the road for 6 weeks the story gets worse!
The same issue has occurred only worse suspensions fault
Electrical fault
Below manufacture brake disks! And pads
I have full video and statement evidence direct from Aston Martin on Monday and these con artist state “ we will Inspect it “ how can they dispute a dealership of such high profile video evidence.. which has been sent direct to my finance company!
Thirdly Aston Martin have stated they would never sell a vehicle of such sort.. this is a severe mot fail which they have sold me and baring in mind I purchase end of May by end of June phantom had this vehicle back off road for 6 weeks and I was left paying regardless.
They tried to fix the vehicle which has now today been discovered during installation of them trying to fix one part they have broken it !

More information to be diagnosed and confirmed I will be publicly updating as mentioned and continuing to spread awareness and also deal with this the legal route

Do not be fooled by these and do not purchase unless you want severe stress & safety issues.

Thankfully I have full evidence and emails and images and also video evidence and statement from Aston Martin to cover every detail on this vehicle.

Once you sign and they take your money any issue along the way is your problem they do not want to pay even though they are selling broke. Vehicles! And purchasing these from auctions and sending straight out clearly.

Amir was a great help with getting my Range Rover sorted how I wanted it , nothing was ever too much trouble for him
The day I collected it , i was blown away by the car’s appearance .
