Bought the wax for my £130 marks and spencer light cotton drill coat. Absolutely ruined it. The pot is tiny. I have 1 arm undone, so to speak, and the rest of the coat looks like an oil spill and is tepid and greasy to touch. Will have to buy a new winter coat from a charity shop, and will be happier I think than wearing the abomination I have made with this product.

I wanted to buy some wellingtons online and used the chat box as I wanted specific measurements to make sure they would fit. She went and measured them for me and they were perfect.

These are the best oven gloves anyone needs, long lasting and keep the heat off your hands. Recommended!

Ordered a jacket from them as offered 24hr delivery (extra cost), was informed it had been dispatched, checked tracking the next day and it hadn't been dispatched. Contacted them and they confirmed it hadn't despite saying it had. Hence it would be delayed and not arrive on time and so cancelled the order. Not good customer service.

Purchased several items as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately a coat was too small. I reordered a larger size and sent the original item back for refund. Correct size coat tracked and arrived in 48 hours.
Will recommend retailer to others as 5 star.

The quality of the clothing is superb and I cannot fault the speed of delivery including good communication about the progress of the order.
