Happy initially but only for about a month
Happy so far. The container is clean and tidy. Haven't moved in yet but it's definitely safe and convenient. The price is good to, even after the introductory offer. Think I'll be staying here for the long run.
UPDATE: 4/6/26
Didn't even stay for the full discount period after finding out how much the price was increasing. A disappointing experience overall.

Your booking has now been cancelled and a full refund has been processed. We do have two separate sites serving the Pontypridd area, and the unit allocated to you was at our Ynysybwl site. It’s possible there may have been some confusion regarding the location attended.

From my first access to the storage…
When I first had access to the storage unit there were 2 bottles of water and 2 packs of haribo inside. For me this was a lovely gesture. Also I could tell the unit had been cleaned prior to me hiring it and it was spotless. I can come and go as I please during the specified times and this suits me perfectly. I have felt very safe when on site, I can see there is good security
