This isn't true, and it's a serious claim, so we want to be direct: we do not sell, share, or pass on member contact details to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Our Privacy Policy sets this out clearly and is publicly available on our site for anyone to check.
We understand scam calls are a genuine and frustrating problem, and they're extremely common regardless of which sites someone has used – but the timing of an increase in calls isn't evidence of where they originated, and we'd ask that this isn't stated as fact without anything to support it.

Pleasantly surprised that I won. Car net!
I have only ever won on the internet once before (100USD in 1995).
I have been entering for free all of last year. I thought it was too much effort to be watching out for and entering draws every week, so I became a paid subscriber and forgot about it.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email informing me that I had won a PS5 Pro.
I hope to win a car next!

Came across planet of Dreams by chance while scrolling through my phone, seen a car I liked and purchased some tickets, Calvin rang me that night to tell me I’d won 🏆 what a great start to 2025.

I’ve been a member for over a year now
I’ve been a member for over a year now, having signed up for their Dreamcatcher 10 plan. Unfortunately, I haven’t won anything. I’ve spent hundreds, and possibly thousands of pounds, boosting my entries to improve my chances. At one point, I had max entries for a single draw with more than 2000 entries, yet still no luck.
Big fan of Calvin and his YT channel, but I feel like this is a bit of scam. There is no transparency of the draws either.
I’ve also been trying to cancel my membership, but it doesn’t seem possible. When I click the “Cancel your membership” link, I’m directed to a page asking if I’m sure I want to cancel. After confirming, I’m just taken back to the membership plan page with no option to actually cancel.
I've raised a claim with my bank to try and cancel it.
**Update** My bank has reversed the payment. Planetofdreams did get in touch eventually, but it took several days. They really need to re-evaluate their subscription cancellation process, as it doesn’t seem to work properly. Most sites allow you to cancel right away.

A few things to go through here.
On not winning despite a high number of entries: we're sorry it's felt this way, but genuinely, more entries increase your share of the odds, not a guarantee – a Draw only has one winner, and even at 2,000+ entries in a single Draw, if there are tens of thousands of entries overall, the odds can still not land your way. That's not a fault in the system, it's just how random draws work, and we know that's a frustrating thing to sit with after spending a lot on Boost.
On transparency specifically: every Draw closes at a published time, and the winner is picked automatically by a random number generator, with nobody on our team involved in choosing or influencing the result. We've laid the full mechanics out on our fair draws page if you want the detail: https://www.planetofdreams.co.uk/fair-draws
On cancellation: around this time, cancellation still relied on a manual step behind the scenes rather than being fully self-serve, which explains the loop you got stuck in. That wasn't good enough, and self-serve cancellation is now built directly into account settings, so that specific problem shouldn't come up again. On the payment itself, we have no record of a bank dispute or chargeback on your account – we always refund directly where something's gone wrong, and would have done the same here if asked.
Given how long you've followed Calvin and his channel, we'd genuinely love the chance to turn this around for you rather than leave it here. If you're up for it, drop us an email and we'll take a look at your account and see what we can do to make things right. In any case, thanks for your support for CCD and keep #ONIT

Entered a competition to win a car and then completely forgot about it until Calvin rang me to say I'd won! Been following Calvin and his businesses for years. Was great to finally meet him as hes very genuine. He gives back to his subscribers which is great. When I picked up the car from them everyone at Binca was friendly and genuinely happy for me. Fan of Calvin not of this website it's an absolute mess joined when it was a much simpler slick setup. Thought I'll join support Calvin was fun to build up levels and get "rewards" for progressing now the levels are so far apart it's impossible without bankrupting yourself. Never won anything and played for years and with this new setup looks like the odds are getting worse and worse. Cancelled subscription and all the entries I'd earned up to that point were removed good luck to people on there but won't be going back get a headache just looking at the site now needs to go back to basics trying to do to much 🤮

Thanks for this – genuinely, feedback like this from someone who's been around for years and watched it change is more useful to us than most reviews we get.
One correction: nothing you'd already earned was wiped. Any draws that had already taken place while you were subscribed stood as they were – what gets removed on cancelling is only entries into draws that hadn't happened yet, since those were part of the month you were no longer paying for. Past entries and results aren't touched.
On complexity and the odds feeling worse: we've added a lot to the platform over time, and it's a fair challenge to ask whether all of it actually made the experience better rather than just busier. That's worth us sitting with rather than brushing off.
For what it's worth, we've got a fairly significant revisit of the rank and rewards system landing soon – an easier rank curve with more ways to earn XP and free entries along the way, plus a guided walkthrough for anyone who wants help getting to grips with it, since "too much going on" is exactly the kind of feedback that prompted it. Not asking you to come back on the strength of that alone, just wanted you to know it wasn't ignored.
Appreciate you sticking with it as long as you did, and being honest about where it lost you.

Honest review
I like the interface of the website. It is clear to view the prizes and how to purchase x amount of tickets.
I know its all luck like a lottery, Saying that I was a dream catcher for around 5 months. Would buy tickets here and there via boost option. There were times when I had over 100 entries on single prizes and didn't win anything lol.

Thanks for this – glad the site itself is easy to use and clear on pricing. That's a huge compliment for us, as we put so much effort into the website itself to stand out from the competition.
On the odds: you're right that it comes down to luck, though worth noting we're a free prize draw rather than a lottery – there's always a free entry route alongside Boost, and every entry has an equal chance regardless of how it was obtained. But even with 100+ entries in a single draw, if that draw has thousands of entries overall, the odds on any one draw can still go either way – that's just how random draws work, and unfortunately there's no way around a losing streak feeling rough at the time.
Appreciate you giving it a real shot and being straightforward about your experience either way. Hopefully a win is on the horizon for you, if not already.

I received an email from the planet of dreams team saying i had won a prize but i thought nothing more of it. I had another email saying my prize had been dispatched and true to their word my prize arrived within a couple of days. I am extremely grateful and my personal experience with them has been extremely satisfying. On my part i highly recommend the platform and cannot thank Calvin and the team enough

Brilliant service
All upfront about prizes and cost. I won a watch last month. I saw in on Instagram, and on my page on planet of dreams. The page told me the latest date to expect it by. I had an email telling me the watch had been dispatched.it arrived with a couple of weeks to spare. Brilliant service.

Very dodgy ! They don't show draws..they claim website system does it automatically but no transparency! Subscription is a nightmare to get out of ... definitely worst and dodgy car raffle website I played on.
