I'm never doing this again.
In the end I went home 24 hours after I was supposed to since the company lost my car key. There was barely any communication, I waited 3 hours at the airport to hear I should book a rental car and they would drive my car back to Holland if i sent the sparekey. As i refused because I first wanted to see my own car. Due to waiting for this long and not knowing when my car would be back home, we decided to let them book us a hotel and wait for my brother to bring me the spare key. They then promised to pay for him aswell, which never happend. The manager also did not want to pay for the petrol and after a lot of discussion we got them to pay 50 eu (which is not enough). His excuse was that is would be cheaper to sent the key by post.. In the end I didn't get a refund and had to leave after the manager refused to meet us again.
Next to this the site claims that the keys are safetly stored in a vault, this is not true. As I was in the office I could see the keys were dropped in plastic boxes or put on display on a table.

habe diesen service über tui gebucht . Abgabe des Pkw am Terminal in Hamburg und bei der Heimkehr ,Bringservice zum Terminal .Beim Abgeben kam der Mitarbeiter zum Auto übergab mir ein Zettel und das wars . Es wurde weder Kilometerstand noch Schäden am Auto aufgenommen bzw irgendwo eingetragen . !!! Am 16.09.19 um 22oo gelandet .so um 22.30 raus aus dem Terminal ,da kam eine junge Dame mit meinem Auto angefahren und parke auf dem Taxistreifen ,so das es auch nur ein Hallo gab ,sie mir den Schlüssel in die Hand drücke ,wir die Koffer einluden und fuhren . Es hätte jeder mit Koffer mein Auto abholen können ,es wurde weder Personal Ausweiß noch irgendwelche Dokumente gefordert . Auf der 1 Stündigen Rücktour bemerkte ich ein Quitschen . Da aber um 24oo alles stockdunkel war und wir Ko waren ,habe ich mir den Wagen heute morgen angeschaut und einen frischen Schaden hinten links an der Stoßstange bemerkt . Zum Glück habe ich Vollkasko . Diesen Service ,,NIE WIEDER" Ich kann nur davon abraten .Es waren übrigens 17 km gefahren worden . Laut Vertrag war der Parkplatz 4,5 km entfernt was 9 km ausgemacht hätte .

Upon arrival in Hamburg at 22.30 couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the Company to bring the car to us. Waited with other familys at least 90 min before being offered by the driver to come with him and pick up the car at the garage. Luckily unlike the family who went to the garage with me, our car was actually there!
After asking for a partial refund we where offered a discount on our next reservation. A discount we will certainly never use.

Two families with a total of 6 kids in the age 7 and up had to wait 2 whole hours for our two cars after calling ParkandFly.
The message when calling was that it would take a while (es wird ein bisschen dauern), - at the time we had NO IDEA that they would leave us waiting for 2 whole hours.
We tried, - with no succes, to contact them after the first 45 minuttes and regularly every ten minuttes until they after having left us waiting for 1 hour and 45 minuttes finally returned our call.

Fantastisk service!! De stod og ventede på bilen, da vi ankom med bilen til lifthavnen. Da vi skal hjem, kan bilen ikke starte, hvor de gratis henter os i lufthavnen og vi bliver kørt hen til bilen, hvor vi får hjælp til at starte den med startkabler. Virkelig god service og har mine bedste anbefalinger!

Gute Organisation, gerne wieder!
Habe zwei Tage vor Abflug gebucht. Ablauf total umkompliziert. Wagen wurde ohne Verzögerung am Terminal in Empfang genommen und stand schon da, als wir aus dem Zollbereich kamen. Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern jederzeit telefonisch möglich, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Im Vergleich zum Parken im Flughafenparkhaus hohe Ersparnis.

Do not choose this parking if your car has a roof box!!
The same night we returned from Hamburg Airport directly to our home we discovered quite big, white scratches on our car roof box. These were not there before.
We contacted the parking service and sent them pictures as well, but they refused to have anything to do with this. Not even an apology! We will obviously not use this parking service again and cannot recommend it.

Positiv: Das Auto wurde am Terminal abgeholt und 2 Woche später wieder gebracht.

Negativ: Man könnte am Telefon erwähnen oder sogar nachfragen, wie man zahlen möchte. Bei dem Preis gehe ich davon aus, dass der Kollege Karten-terminal dabei hat.

Sehr-Negativ: Das Auto wurde auf eine Außenstellplatz geparkt. Es war mit Vogelkot versehen und das komplette Auto ist völlig verklebt. Somit muss ich erstmal in eine Autowäsche investieren. Man hätte bei der Abgabe darauf hinweisen können.

Alles super gelaufen und soooo einfach. So fängt der Urlaub richtig an. Abholung null Problemo...einfach Klasse und immer wieder gern..L.G. aus Gülzow
