Josie sorted my phone that I could not make calls on super quickly. A brilliant service!

Ran into some trouble setting up my router, called the technical support line and was helped by amazing Alfred! He was quick, efficient and very kind. It was a pleasure:)

Had a problem with outgoing landline calls. Josie was very helpful and sorted it for me in 20 mins. Apparently just had to reconnect and reboot

Despite the problem being persistent, the service advisor Alfred was extremely helpful, going from the chat to calls to email as required. He even encouraged me to email if the problem re-appeared, and responded within minutes when it happened again.
