Power Plus 

I ordered from the seriously looking swiss webpage (akku-shop.ch/) and after having paid by paypal I saw that there is a strange address (noreply and bohui.co) and no delivery information. I got suspicious whether I will receive the akku. In fact I received it - it was sent from the Netherlands, but it turned out to be a copie and it didn't fit into the laptop. I managed to contact the seller via Paypal and first he said that I have to send pictures and that it cannot be true that the akku doesn't fit. After I complained through Paypal he offered me to send the akku back to China. But this is the joke - from Switzerland it's not allowed to send akkus by airfreight to China. So I have no chance to send it back! ERIC doesn't reply to my e-mails anymore..!

J'ai passé commande d'une batterie le 23/11 matin avec un paiement Paypal. A réception du Mail Paypal, j'ai eu un gros doute. Je suis allé sur le site d'avis Truspilot et là je me suis rendu compte qu'il y avait un gros problème de fiabilité du vendeur situé semble t-il en Chine.
J'ai immédiatement signalé le problème à Paypal et ce matin 25/11 Paypal m'informe qu'il vont me rembourser.
Alors moi je dis donc BRAVO à PAYPAL pour être intervenu aussi rapidement !

Beware of this company. I've been able to come on trustpilot about this company (actually, the French "alias" of it, called monsieur-battery.com).
They got my Paypal money, then sent me an email saying the battery will be delivered at a partner shop in my town.
I went there after 10 days without any further info, and learned that this shop is no more part of the network of partner shops called "Relais Colis" (one can find the names of the various relays on Internet, then pretend to use them!).
After 12 days and 2 emails, the same "ERIC" contacted me in bad French, asking to wait "because they understand the order is delayed".
The contact page of their French Website doesn't work. The page where order status can be tracked doesn't work.
The Website says orders arrive within 6-8 days. this is wrong.
The Web says they answer customer requests within 1 day. This is wrong.

One may have noticed that the payment address on Paypal is "noreply at bohui.co". that allowed me establishing the link with Power Plus and Trust pilot
Maybe they have a PO Box in Colombia, but it is most likely a Chinese fake company, that can be found on Google

These people are cheating. Crystal clear.
Stay away and disseminate the info about them !

Ordered battery with this scam company. Immediately cancelled but no refund. Don't expect any response to emails. Pretends to be uk based.Not a U.K. Company beware.

I found the model of battery easily on the webpages of what I thought was a UK based business. The price was competitive and the order easily place using Paypal. I received the usual quick notification of the payment from Paypal but didn't get any confirmation of the order from Power Plus. The payment went to a Chinese company and when I queried what'd happened to my order:
Dear Power-Plus,
I ordered and paid for through Paypal your item CQ 1700L.H. on June 14th.
I have heard and had nothing from you since, not even an order number

It was in fact delivered 15 days after the order and had been posted from Malmo in Sweden. By this time I had taken up the matter with Paypal. When I tried the battery, it fitted the aperture on the laptop but would not locate properly so it protruded from the side of the laptop and could not be locked into it.
I escalated it to a claim for a refund and was told by Paypal that I would be given a refund of my £30.30 which included £4.99 for the original postage. However first I have to return the battery to China fully tracked and it has to arrive in perfect condition. The cost of such a service?...... between £47 and £60. What are the chances of that working out in anybody else's favour except of course for Power-Plus and Paypal ?

I ordered a replacement laptop battery from this company. It took 3 weeks to arrive (probably on a very slow boat from China) bearing in mind I paid for delivery. When it did arrive was the wrong type despite being shown on their website as suitable for my machine.
Upon contacting the company now, Bohui Technology Co. by e-mail, I received a response it very poor English that addressed only one of my queries. They insisted I pay another delivery charge.
I replied no, it was their mistake. They now insist I pay AND help them find a new customer for the incorrect battery I have in my possession.
What a terrible way to run a business.

Terrible, dishonest company. Money left my account without even an emailed order confirmation from Power Plus, nor any inkling of when delivery might happen. Three weeks later a laptop battery turned up - not the 7200 mAh battery I had ordered but a 5200 mAh battery with a totally different part number. When I tried it in my laptop an error message came up straightaway - this battery cannot hold more than 40% charge, please insert a new battery. I can only conclude that Power Plus are selling worthless used batteries in the hope that their customers won't notice or object. As others have already noted, the company is NOT in Southall as suggested on their website, it is in China, and if you complain you will be asked to ship the faulty battery back to China at your own expense. Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered a laptop battery on May 17th and duly paid £19.40 for the item including post and packing. Three weeks later June 6th 2016 I am still waiting, I have contacted customer service via email and had no reply. It would of been quicker from me if I had bought one from the guy who has a stall on Stockport Market. You have been warned - shop elsewhere, they take payment and don't deliver the goods.

I ordered a battery for my laptop on the 6th March. It took well over 60 days for the battery to arrive. In which time I was getting endless excuses from the company, the order had been lost, it was delivered to a local depot-which I visited-they had no record of it.
When it did arrive it was left in a non-secure location at the front door and it turned out to be the wrong type and size battery. I have an email trail of over 20 emails long trying to resolve this issue before involving PayPal, but was forced to escalate the issue.

After I told them I would escalate the situation if they did not sort it out I was ignored. I tried contacting via PayPal as well, and was ignored.

I believe that this company is falsely advertising themselves as a British company on their website, they are in fact a Chinese company called "Bohui-technologies". This is probably breaching some sort of legislation or another. I want to make everyone aware that this is an unethical company.

Do not do business with them.

I ordered a battery from this company on the 8 May 2016, delivery quoted was 6-8 days. its now been 12 days and still no sign, I have sent emails to service@power-plus and keep getting excuses as to why my order has not been delivered. the company is not a UK listed company and the Uk warehouse , while it does exist doesn't even have a phone number?? All in all if you want a replacement laptop battery don't order from this Chinese based company.

Bought a replacement battery for an HP G72. Not only was the battery that arrived not that same shape (it protrudes about 1cm at the rear base so the laptop cant sit flat on the table), after only 4 charges, the battery is only holding its charge for a couple of hours. the original HP battery lasted for 6-7 hours when new - this is barely 1/2 that (despite them saying it would last longer because it was 7700 mAh instead of 4400 mAh of the original).

Despite saying they have a warehouse near heathrow, its actually shipped from China - something I think the trading standards here in the UK should force them to disclose (or not allow a .co.uk website) - I find this deceptiveness worrying.

Bottom line is, I wouldn't buy from these Chinese companies - I doubt there is any quality control in their batteries and this battery is already losing its charge after just a week - goodness knows if they could be a fire risk due to their low quality?

I ordered a replacement Samsung laptop battery from this company. They try to give the impression that they are a UK company giving a warehouse address in Southall. But when you pay the payment goes to BOHUI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED in China. I ordered the battery on the 21st March and have still not received it 13 days latter the website says 1 - 5 working days delivery. I have now raised a paypal claim against them. I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of them.

My replacement Toshiba battery was not recognised so followed Toshiba's advice. No luck. Eventually sent them more postage and got another battery with same issues. I have sent photos of bar codes but they just ignore all correspondence.

The Company sent me a unrelated part to what I ordered and they invoiced. They never accepted they had made a mistake and though willing to mail me the correct part, were going to charge me freight, - again and wanted me to return the wrong part, - at my cost. The freight was more than what the credit could have been. Total con, - maybe a great way to get rid of warehouse parts that were no longer selling? I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a battery and it arrived in about 10 days. It wasn't compatible with my laptop so they told me to return it and pay 2 extra pounds for the one that is compatible. I effected the return as they requested, with the Rma number on the package and made the payment. As it stands, It's been 2+ months and I haven't heard from them. I have sent over 4-5 emails without any reply.

Basically they got money for no product sold.

Cheaters. Bogus firm.

Website states warehouse at 7 Trident Way, SOUTHALL, UB2 5LF, UK. Payment ended up with BOHUI TECHNOLOGY in China. Battery took ages to arrive. Connected it to the laptop, battery ran down and would not charge even to 1%. Contacted the "company"?? and was asked to send photos of the batteries (my old and the 1 they sent). I refused and stated i wanted a "no quibble refund as per the statement on the website. Haven't heard from them since. Had to lodge a complaint for refund with Paypal.

Delivery was speedy! Received exactly what i ordered, well packaged. Spot on with communication. I would buy from them again.

Fantastic!!! They have been both really kind and competent in asking me the details of my old battery to be sure that what I've ordered could fit my laptop... and they offered to me a more powerful battery at the same price!!!
And now that I've got the battery, it is also better than what I supposed to receive.

The battery arrived quicker than what I anticipated and it works perfectly well. I was quite scared after reading the negative reviews about the company however the service and product I received was brilliant.
