I ordered a laptop battery in the knowledge that their website site said that it would be delivered within a few days. I started chasing after a week and was given excuses by their customer services, which could only be contacted by email with no telephone number. The messages were barely literate. The battery arrived after a month. It wouldn't clip in properly so was of defective manufacture. I told customer services and they said send us a photo. I did. I then sent the battery back for a refund with a letter giving a full explanation and details. The next day they said I must include a reference number with the return - too late, I had already sent it. Needless to say, they never gave me a refund, so they have £30 from me for nothing. The catch is in their returns policy - read it carefully.

Good company despite no response
I bought from this company because it said the factory was in Southall although after purchase, I saw that the name was Li Wei and worried it would be coming from China. There is no phone number on the website and my email to them wasn't answered, but it arrived exactly as they said it would and is exactly what I ordered. Instructions were in English and the battery was well packaged. As it was much cheaper than other companies, I'd recommend them as long as you don't want to contact them!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS 'COMPANY'
I bought a laptop battery from this website. I want to support smaller businesses in the UK, and with power-plus registered with a co.uk domain name and with a UK warehouse address, I assumed it was a UK company and purchased in confidence.
The battery arrived and was completely incompatible with my laptop. Worse still, I contacted the seller (who, despite absolutely no indication on the website, was based in China) for the first time to return the battery exactly seven days ago, and have done 4 more times since with not a single reply, not even an automated email.
The service is absolutely appalling, the product is defective and completely unrecognised by my laptop despite the seller's description, and I have filed a claim with paypal. Hoping to recieve a refund as soon as possible.
I couldn't find any other reviews on the internet, but I really hope nobody else has purchased anything from this irresponsible seller.
