Good choice of products - I found just what I was looking for. Much easier to find what than on most peoples’ ‘go to’ site. Price was good and delivery swift and when expected. Will use for future purchases.

Water pump delivered quicker than quoted. Gave me an upgrade without additional charge as item ordered was currently out of stock.

Ordered this water feature for my garden. I had to contact the company to find out why the parcel was late arriving, they explained that there had been an error dispatching the item, and it arrived the next day which was a day late. When the item arrived I followed the instructions and set it up, and was disappointed to find that the advertised blue LED lights on the water feature were in fact white! I contacted Powerbee who informed me that the website was incorrect and it should have read white lights. They did alter the website to read white not blue lights. Finally after allowing the batteries to charge up for 24 hours as recommended in the instructions I switched the water feature on, it worked OK, but disappointingly not for the 8 hours that it stated on the website, without sun on the solar panel the water feature only runs for about 3 hours.

I searched for lights i wanted and stumbled upon Powerbee.
I am so glad I did, the solar lights I ordered arrived within days and are excellent, very bright and last for hours.
I will be buying more in the next few weeks.

Ordering simple and speedy delivery. Well packaged. Looks lovely in the garden even when the weathet gloomy. Even better when the fountain sprinkles in the sunshine.

I bought a couple of sets of solar festoon lights. Unfortunately, the spacing between the bulbs wasn't what I was hoping for. I returned the lights and got a full refund. The lights were of excellent quality but just not right for my project. Great customer service.

I wanted a solar powered aerator for my large pond. I ordered one from Powerbee and it came super quick. There was a slight hiccup as one of the fixings was missing but they sent me that within 48hrs. All in all, fantastic kit and great customer service!

I have ordered from Powerbee on multiple occasions and the team has always been really helpful. Great products, and excellent advice and support. I emailed them today with a troubleshooting query and they replied within the hour. Thank you to the team!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! They even slagged their own product.

Placed an order for a pond pump, solar panel, aerator and other items. Waited over a week for them to arrive. Was told there would be a tracking number and it would be 24 hours delivery. When tracking number arrived royal mail had no receipt of the goods. When chased, PowerBee said that only the filter was being sent. No pump, no solar panels. They were not included in the shipment for some reason. So I was asked to wait for another 2 weeks at least. I asked why I couldnt still recieve the other parts of the order and they said they would send them in the meantime. This included the aerator. When I received the next tracking number for the first batch of goods, I was informed that the aerator was not included either. So all they were sending was a filter box and 75% of the order was still missing. I told them to cancel the order. They said that once the filter box was returned they would refund. I asked them to refund the 75% of the order that was not in the shipment. As that would not require returning...as it has not event been sent. I got a line of psychobabble about "bundles". They would only refund the cost of the aerator as that was bought not part of a bundle. So now I need to wait until only a tiny part of that bundle arrives, before they will refund the £270 it cost.

Here is how they told me I was getting arefund for the aerator: "the tiny little oxygenator that you ordered has been refunded already which certainly would not have been suitable for your pond in any case"

That "tiny little oxygenator" was about £60. And at no point did I tell them about the size of my pond, or its intended use. They even slagged their own product!

When I tried to call them, I got an automated text. I replied calling them a "c*nt". Which I stand by.

A total and utter shambles of a company. The owners names are Nathan Pemberton and Brigita Suttie Stasytyte. Im keen know what a scammer TV show producer thinks of them.
