Great product ,price ,excellent delivery and overall service

First time I’d heard of PRC but had a perfect experience throughout. Would use them again and recommend to others.

While we got the TV as advertised, I would not recommend their delivery. The salesperson lied about them not requiring any assistance. When it came time for delivery, I had to basically organize for it to be brought up to my flat with the delivery driver who was more interested in leaving immediately then ensuring the TV was setup.

Fantastic service from this company! Placed an order online on a Thursday afternoon, was given a discount code and free p&p. Item delivered the next morning with tracking every step of the way.
5 star company without a doubt. Thank you!

Very disappointed that at no time were we told that the model being delivered was a shop display fridge/freezer. Salesman even stressed the need to ensure good access because it would be delivered pristine (in its box without having been opened) so we needed to ensure our doors were wide enough. He constantly said the delivery men could not take out of the box - what rubbish as it had been on the shop floor. The company indicates that their strength is that as models are on display people can pull anything apart and have a good look. I would not want a model that has been a shop floor example. Invoice nor phone calls did not indicate this. Staff need to be aware that not every customer wants a shop soiled model.

Trying to return my item is proving really difficult and time consuming 5days and telephone calls , emails backward and forward still no nearer.
following a telephone conversation today 17/07/2026 the issue has been resolved to our satisfaction.

Excellent offer on a Ninja air fryer with a discount code. Only just bought it, so awaiting delivery, but with guaranteed delivery day.
Actually was delivered a day earlier than planned….that was a surprise when it ended up on my doorstep and with me looking bemused!!
All looks good…..very happy with the way it was packaged and the appliance is in perfect condition.
Just got to get my wife to actually use it….. I’m not allowed to play around with it yet!! 👍🤣🤣
