Ordered a sound bar from BnQ through PRC Direct and needed it the next day although my email said three days. I called PRC and Spoke to Suman, a very professional gentleman who helped to make sure I get my product next day. I couldn't speak more highly of him. Keep up the good work.

Very frustrating. I've no idea how this company has had so many good reviews.
I ordered a soundbar a month ago, which arrived faulty. Upon further inspection, I noticed a dent in the corner of the box and a label that had been partially peeled off, which contained someones full name. It's clear that it has been returned before! I contacted PRC Direct straight away and received no response. After several emails and a phone call, I finally heard back a week later and returned the item. It's now almost a month later and nobody is responding to my emails and I still don't have the soundbar I ordered. Really disappointing service. Avoid them!

Only problem delivery. Very prompt, the courier gave a one hour window BUT this was only notified on the day when no one would be home. No safe place or leave with a neighbour option only to a collection point which took an extra 2 days!!

I had an air conditioner under the seller’s warranty that broke in the middle of a heatwave. I contacted them through Amazon, but they generally took a full day to reply to each message.

They eventually arranged collection, but the courier refused to take the unit because, although it was in its original box, they wanted that box placed inside another box. After I did that, the seller then tried to charge me £10 for another collection attempt, but relanted when I offered proof the pickup had been refused.

After more than two weeks of back-and-forth, they eventually resolved the matter and issued a full refund. I appreciate that they ultimately put things right, but the process was far more difficult and drawn out than it should have been. A warranty is of limited value when every step requires repeated chasing and unnecessary obstacles.

The item was easy to order and in stock and was delivered within a couple of days.
