Service were prompt and communications were clear throughout the process.

Unfortunately I am just disappointed. My wife retired a shift to wait for them because they said they would come during the day, at the last minute they called me and said they would not deliver the TV today and we agreed on tomorrow. I told them that no one would be home by noon and they told me that they could not promise me whether they would come in the morning or after lunch. This is their decision. It turns out that a person has to be available all day only for them.

Ridiculous that you won't allow my parcel to be given to my neighbors

I was offered a full replacement from Domestic & General as they were unable to fix my existing fridge freezer.
RGB turned up with the new BEKO American Fridge Freezer and whilst installing the brand new appliance they broke the cold water pipe to the fridge. The installers had no idea how to fix. They left my property stating that they would come back and fix it. This was over 6-months ago and despite numerous calls to both D & G and RGB my brand new fridge freezer has not been fixed.
The installers were clueless and therefore I would never recommend this company to anyone who require a professional installation.
To top it all D & G have informed me that this poor installation by RGB does not fall within there T & C's.
Extremely poor customer service by both parties.

From the moment you got in touch you kept us well informed and provided all the help we needed or asked for.

Your team phoned to say they would deliver in approx half an hour but turned up nearly 2 hours later !!!

The you man who delivered my microwave oven was polite and efficient . He checked and photographed the outer packaging and the unwrapped oven and showed me the photos for my approval,

I did not like being told the delivery guys might not be able to take the tv upstairs and there might be a charge for it to be done. I had to ask the delivery driver to unpack the tv. As I didn’t want to contact the company if the screen had been cracked.
