Great site
I didn’t find what I wanted but the site was easy to understand and navigate. Holly was really good at sorting out my problem when I wanted to cancel my membership due to financial reasons. I would join again in the future.

Power crazy vindictive policing by admin
Suddenly being blocked from replying to sellers by power crazy admin who keep sending my messages to the 'messages not sent' folder when I haven't breached any of the terms of use, the acceptable use policy, or the listing guidelines.
Tried to sort it out by email but now the admin refuse to reply to me and they just keep blocking my messages.
I had been a paying member for 19 years and this vindictive behaviour has only just started.
Absolutely disgusted with this behaviour.
Have asked to make a formal complaint about it but they have refused to reply.
Would advise everyone not to use preloved because the admin team are evidently discriminating against certain members and arbitrarily applying 'rules' that are not stated in the terms of use, the acceptable use policy, or the listing guidelines.
ETA: This has not been 'handled' by your customer service team, they have refused to reply to me and have refused to tell me which parts of the terms of use, acceptable use policy, or listing guidelines I have breached.

I had a small problem adding photos to my advert
I had a small problem adding photos to my ad. I contacted Katie from the support department and thanks to her help everything became very easy. Katie advised me very politely what I could check and how to improve so that my ad would work fully. Everything else was very easy. Thank you for your help Katie.
