Awful, awful website
Awful, awful website. Search results interspersed with holiday homes for sale, bombarded with adverts and hardly able to see listings due to constant pop up ads. Will stick to ebay or gumtree in future. Dreadful.

Regularly unable to access secure page…
Regularly unable to access secure page to log in to my account. Last week Preloved advised on problem and has been ok until this morning! This problem is reoccurring to often..!
After having my account temporarily upgraded the problem has disappeared. I will report back when the upgrade ends .

Katie really helped
I’ve been a member for a while now . It’s a great way of finding things and selling especially because I don’t use any other well known sites.

I emailed customer service and received an answer the next day helping me . I followed the instructions yippee all sorted.

Don’t buy pets here
The seller that I bought a puppy from told us an absolute pack of lies. As there is no review process, I would caution anyone looking to buy a pet never to use this site. It’s a charlatan's paradise.

I had an issue with my log-in. FAQs didn’t help and had to contact their support team. Sally replied back straight away with advice and again when I contacted her back.

There are things that are slow…ads going live!
There are things that are slow at Preloved ie: time it takes for ads to go live from new and changes to text in ads you wish to up date.
However my experience of service from a lady called 'Holly', has always been really good and if l were ever to go back in to business(heaven forbid at my age) l would like to have her on my team. Thank you Holly.
What more can l say other than the property pages are not seeing the same amounts of ads as some 6+ years ago. However, this is not a fault of Preloved, it is how the market changed over the years due to covid, Rus/UA war and other economic situations.

Great customer help
I didn't realise I still had a subscription. I asked them to refund me as I don't use the website. They did so straight away. Excellent customer service. I was very surprised after lots of negative experiences with other online businesses recently.
