Sadly not impressed with the level of service and efficiency. Seems like the residents needs are the last things on their mind. Their procedures are second rate and they don’t seem to accept legitimate challenges to rising costs and lack transparency. I believe there are better management companies out there.

The recent works you’ve mentioned were critical, large-scale repairs required under the terms of the lease. These included extensive brickwork, metalwork, and alterations to the windows of a Grade I listed building, which required special attention to materials and compliance with regulations.
While the building underwent partial renovation in the 1980s and 1990s, some areas had not been fully restored for over 100 years, making these works essential for the building’s long-term preservation and safety. To help manage costs, the project was split into five phases, allowing expenses to be spread more evenly over time.
We understand that major works can cause concern, especially regarding cost and communication, and we are committed to continuing to improve in these areas. Just poor service in general. We are trapped in a service agreement where they dont actually deliver a service which affects or supports me and they demand a year's payment in advance.

Very difficult to deal with
Very difficult to deal with - as a company that works with managing agents, we have found that some of the staff working for the Company clearly do not work with the Company's best interests in mind.
That being said, there seems to have been a change in the team, the rotten apples seem to have gone, and things are greatly improved.

Spoke to Harry about a roof leak
Spoke to Harry about a roof leak. Next day called back to say repair work had been instructed. Harry said he would phone me again and keep me updated with date the contractor will attend and extent of works. Much appreciated and refreshing to get the problem acknowledged and a quick call back with work instructed and further updates by phone promised. I know other managing agents who need to be constantly chased for work to be instructed and updates so it was refreshing that this was not needed. Great service from Harry. Thank you

Not impressed
You have failed on a number of occasions to replace or improve the trees adjacent to number 41 and 43, failed to improve the beech hedge at the front of the estate although the grass bank has been cut, improving the look of the approach to the estate.
It appears that a large amount of money is allocated to the forest at the Moneypenny side of the estate. If you are going to overspend considerably the there should be a breakdown of finances relating to the spend

Trudi and a colleague came to do a check up of Kingshaven.
Trudi always very friendly and helpful and as I saw them in the lobby I mentioned my Burglar Alarm was flashing, she and her colleague came up to my flat and her colleague reset it.
I appreciated their help as it was a busy day for them.

I really can't fault Premier
I really can't fault Premier. Trudi Stock and Laura Hill are the two people I reach out to when I need to get in touch about something. They're very responsive, they deal with matters efficiently and if there's an issue on the grounds they resolve it very quickly. They regularly check the buildings to ensure no one is leaving items around which means that residents are more careful with what they do. I've got no complaints at all and I've been with them since 2018.
The only thing I would say that annoyed me was that the service charge went up from £101 (ish) to £152 per month during COVID, owed to rising electricity costs. I felt like that was VERY steep.
