Delivery experience dreadful
Wrong size delivered and had to be replaced. Dreadful delivery company, so bad that the first time I had to order them off my property.
Mattress itself is lovely and very comfortable.

Easy to order and quick delivery. We had bought the pillows and they were very good, we ordered the duvet cover and that was at the same standard.

Don't buy a mattress from Premier in but a proper bed shop
New mattress way more soft than experienced in a few premier inns & compresses so much when sitting at the edge of the mattress. I remember on one occasion just how rigid a hotel mattress edge was. Very disapointed. I did buy a double compared to the inns king size but that shouldn't make a difference. Maybe the mattresses in the inns were all Hypnos , but now they have gone to Silentnight. Take a tip. If you want a new mattress go to a proper bed shop and try them out and buy the one you like then. I've learnt my lesson the expensive way.

These mattresses are nothing like the ones used in the Inns,they are good quality but really soft
The delivery service was perfect in every way,

Love my new mattress
Delivered promptly. Communication good throughout. Took old mattress away and installed new mattress. I’ve now slept on my new mattress for a few nights and I love it. Super comfy.
