Regular email updates following purchase to delivery.
We bought the bed frame, mattress and headboard and included the removal of the old bed as well.
On the day of delivery I got a call confirming the time and the two men were very polite and helpful firstly by clearing the old bed etc and then installing the new one.
They were quick and very respectful ensuring a smooth build of the new bed etc and mindful not to damage anything. I was very impressed.
The bed itself is firm but comfy and overall very pleased with our purchase.
Would definitely recommend

Wrong size mattress
I order a mattress as I have a back problem. when it came it was the wrong size, so I call them up in the cooling off period to raise the issue only to be told they cannot do anything about it. So many gaps around the mattress my pillow keep falling in. This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Not very happy.

The delivery men arrived exactly on time and efficiently removed the old mattress while delivering the new one. The new mattress is wonderfully comfortable and the aches and pains I was getting with old one have all gone.
