Not the same
I’ve always loved the mattresses at premier inns and so I invested and bought a king size one. I’m convinced they are not same as my back is in agony every morning. It dies t feel the same at all. There is no support and it has sunk towards the middle. I’m not heavy at all. Hugely disappointed as I was so excited to buy one back in January

Checking in was great and so was the room. We had to wait at least 20 mins before someone took our order for dinner and also had to wait to pay the bill. Other than that we had a good experience.

Awful experience
Awful company
They sent new mattress it looked like was already used and just wrapped in new plastic cover.
Mattress was damaged, guys said the warehouse people were aware of damage and still decided to sent this to us. How unprofessional and careless they are. Pathetic, horrible business.

I already had pillows and mattress protector and Glastonbury so replaced had a duvet to the stitching had come up done on my duvet so I was replacing it
