I love my new Premier Inn firm pillows
I love my new Premier Inn firm pillows. They were delivered quickly in a protective bag and even came in pillow protectors. Would highly recommend them.

Disappointed. Soft shouldn't mean non existant.
I have ordered the soft pillows before but the quality doesn't seem the same. After only a few weeks the pillows have lost their plumpness and my head leaves a hole in the middle by the morning. Will not order again as the price doesn't warrant it. Sorry!

Excellent service matress delivered 2 days after I ordered it despite being told it would take two weeks pleasant surprise. Delivery team were helpful also left it in the required room. Excellent quality mattress and bedding will buy again.

New Premier Inn at Home Mattress
We had one of Premier Inn's mattresses delivered last December (together with new pillows and mattress protector). The delivery was prompt, drivers were courteous and friendly, as well as efficient, taking away all packaging and old mattress (extra charge). Now we have slept on our new mattress for a number of months, we continue to be absolutely delighted with it and the pillows. Having used Premier Inn many times for various breaks, we were hoping that the quality of the mattress we were buying would meet our expectations. It certainly has. If you love your sleep experience at a Premier Inn, then I highly recommend purchasing one for home. The quality is excellent.

Not the same
I’ve always loved the mattresses at premier inns and so I invested and bought a king size one. I’m convinced they are not same as my back is in agony every morning. It dies t feel the same at all. There is no support and it has sunk towards the middle. I’m not heavy at all. Hugely disappointed as I was so excited to buy one back in January

Checking in was great and so was the room. We had to wait at least 20 mins before someone took our order for dinner and also had to wait to pay the bill. Other than that we had a good experience.
