The customer service from this company is excellent! Andi informed me that the dress I was after was not going to be restocked and also took the time to search for an alternative for me. Very polite, very helpful and timely. I have since bought an alternative style and if the dress is as good as the service, I shall be thrilled.

Erin was so helpful with bridesmaid dresses!
Erin was so helpful when I was struggling with sold out bridesmaid dresses. She kept me informed on the restock dates and even though it was close (10 days before the wedding), we got them!
The dresses were absolutely beautiful, great quality for the price and gorgeous colours - my bridesmaids looked incredible and so comfy all day.

Chantelle at Pretty Lavish was so helpful, I was looking for stores that stocked PL, instead of just listing, Chantelle asked for my postcode and then listed stores near me. Good customer service is everything.
On another note, PL items are such high quality. I was presently surprised.

Great Service
I was looking for a bridesmaids dress that was out of stock on the website but the team managed to find me one from the sample sale and it arrived within a few days and in great condition. They were so helpful and eager to help solve my issue as quickly as possible. Amazing service!

Great customer service
I really appreciated the customer service with pretty lavish. I was struggling to return my dresses or locate my account, as my phone/email etc was hacked. Lots of companies are so unhelpful in this situation as you can’t prove you’re… you. But pretty lavish have been helpful throughout and even let me extend the return date due to these circumstances.

Refund take too long …
My order was returned almost 2 weeks ago, they issued the refund yesterday , still not in my bank account. No other online shop I use takes anything near this length of time..
very disappointing, shame because the clothes are good quality.
Thank you for reply.FYI.. the return was made on the 10th of July and the money went into my bank 25th July.

We do state within our returns page that once delivered to allow 7 working days for your return and refund to be processed.

Bad quality and poor customer service
I bought £300 worth of items as I had a birthday party to attend. The quality was not as good as it used to be so I sent all but one item back, ordered a couple of different sizes of things so some of them I didn’t even open fully. I put it back in the original box, sealed it and sent it back via inpost. Upon checking my refund I noticed they only refunded one of a dress I’d ordered two of, in different sizes. I queried this and they basically said ‘the warehouse said they only got one’ - sorry? Does the warehouse unpack my items and keep them separate to everyone else’s so they could go back and check this? How do they know they didn’t just miss off something from my box? They are now refusing my refund and giving me no evidence it wasn’t received. Secondly - the item I kept is falling apart! It’s so flimsy at the seams. I purposely bought a size a little too big for an oversized look but it’s literally falling apart.
I used to think Pretty Lavish was a slightly higher end clothing store but now just think they are trying to make things as cheaply as possible and their customer service is terrible. I won’t be using them again.

We understand there was a discrepancy with your refund as there was an item included that was not selected as an item to be returned. The team required time to investigate this and we are pleased to see the item was located and refunded to you.

Twice now I ordered exactly same…
Twice now I ordered exactly same product in the same size just different colour, and they’re completely different fit/size. Customer service wants pictures and measurements provided as evidence. How about you just measure your items and make sure size 10 is same in all colours. Think that’s me done with Pretty Lavish since I have to pay for delivery and refunds when the products sizing is unreliable. PL491924

So disappointed with Pretty Lavish
So disappointed with Pretty Lavish. I ordered a dress on the 4 July paying for next day delivery, it has still not been sent and it is the 9 July. I’ve contacted customer service and have not received a response. This dress was for a wedding and I have reservations it will arrive. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering, this is my first order with PL and will not be ordering again. I would like an update from PL as to whether my order which has been paid for will ever be sent to me. If not I would like a refund. I will never be ordering from this company again.
