Fantastic customer service, going beyond what they needed to do. Wrong parcel sent to PL (my fault!) And they helped to locate and return to me. Great to have a smaller company to deal with, who look after their customers. Will definitely order again 😃

Fantastic Customer Service!
This was my first time ordering and needing to use the customer service system as I had an issue with my return. All staff that I spoke to were super helpful, really understanding and it was so refreshing to have a customer service team be so open to listening, empathetic and kind and I know I will be keen to order more following the kindness I was shown by CS staff. Plus the jumper I ordered was gorgeous!

Recientemente compré un precioso vestido con pretty lavish. Outdated delivery and returns fees
Outdated delivery and returns fees. For a purely online company I don’t understand how you can charge for returns?? All other companies that charge for returns have an option for in store returns. It’s not ‘to save the environment’ either because I tried to put 2 orders of returns in one box and was refused.
Why give customers free delivery over £150 when that probably means customers have ordered more than 1 size?

Fantastic customer service! I accidentally clicked standard delivery for a dress I need for a wedding tomorrow and contacted PL immediately outside their working hours. By 7.45am today they had read my message, sent me a request to pay the extra for the next day delivery and responded to my message. Efficient, helpful and saving me from not having a wedding guest dress for a Thursday wedding. Thank you Pretty Lavish, it will be a relief when it arrives tomorrow 😂👏

After ordering the wrong size
After ordering the wrong size, the lovely Hannah helped me very very quickly! I submitted my query at 10 to 8 at night, outwith their working hours and had a response by 20 past 9 the following morning which I was really impressed with. Everything received is always of the highest of quality it’s my favourite place to get all my knitwear from.

Some issues
Disappointing at first: Firstly their currier delivered my item to wrong address, emailed prettylavish customer service - no answer. Finally found where it’s been delivered which was completely different street. Opened my item and noticed that dress has stain on a side like someone had already worn it (grossed out a bit) Emailed again advising all with pictures and descriptions. They finally replied asking to submit same info. Emailed again…. Received answer 2days later that I haven’t replied to their ticket. I emailed again - no answer…. Almost 2 weeks from paying for item and no resolution.
Update : after back and forward for quite some time issue has been resolved and I can finally enjoy my purchase which is lovely after all, shame this happened but thank you for getting it done.

Not worth it
Very disappointed from this brand. Given the fact that the dress prices are >£100 I was expecting good material but not. I got a dress which is: 100% polyester (not healthy material); made in China (very expensive for the material origin); the dress got melted with one iron try. I have started to believe the brand is a scam, as I have never seen such a thing before from expensive brands.
