Returns portal
I made a big order for some wedding guest dresses and some were out of stock so were a bit delayed, they were then further delayed by a mix up with royal mail so the returns window had closed by the time I eventually got them. I spoke to an AI bot who then passed me on to a human who was super helpful. Kiera responded really quickly and reopened the returns portal for me so I could return them. Great customer service. A bit annoying that you have to pay to return things though.

Prompt helpful response to returns query
I had difficulty downloading a return label. The AI assistant was very helpful with my initial enquiry and when it was passed to the customer services team Kiera promptly dealt with my issue and resent my label. Great customer service.

Kiera was amazing
I had an issue with the Evri delivery and my dress didn’t arrive in time. Although no fault of Pretty Lavish’s they went above and beyond to support; they extended the refund window for me; refunded the next day delivery and made what was a stressful situation so much better. Shoutout to Kiera in their Customer Service Team. The gal pal we all need in a wardrobe crisis!

Wedding dress help !!
I messaged the Pretty Lavish Instagram account as a long shot as I found a dress I had fallen in love with for my evening dress at my wedding and it was no longer being sold and not returning in stock, I had looked at all other retailers as well and no luck. I got a response within 24 hours from Saffie on the Instagram account who found me a sample of the dress in the office IN MY SIZE and arranged for me to buy it and ship it to me !!
