Recently ordered a custom made glass splashback, it took 7 days from order to me receiving it, the quality was fantastic, the fit into the space it was designed for was perfect.
I will definitely use this company again.

We are very pleased with our “Splash Back”. It was from a personal picture and came out beautifully. I found ordering it very easy and it came on time and packed very well. It was very easy to put up and looks absolutely lovely over my hob. It really gives my kitchen a very personal feel.

They Checked i was happy with design, resized it and optimised the layout for me.
I missed their email checking everything before printing and when i found it they pushed it through as a priority for me and even delivered next day.

It finished the kitchen perfectly and created a real centre piece

Brilliant company, I would highly recommend to anyone. From their website and huge and I mean huge amount of designs to choose from to their customer service everything was spot on. I dealt with Lorraine from customer service who went out of her way to help me, big thanks. The product itself is well made good thickness of glass compared to others and very clear and vivid. Products are excellent quality and the photos are great quality when enlarged, no problem with process at all, excellent customer service which is a positive as i have experienced some very poor CS recently from a national multi million pound kitchen company!

Sent a photo that I thought was fine, Lorraine messaged and pointed out a shadow that would have spoilt the image, she managed to find the same image and got back in touch to ok it, which we did, the end product is fantastic, Lorraine showed great customer skills and save us having to find another image, employee of the month, thanks Lorraine

One cheerful telephone call sorted out the image layout and my concerns over shipping. Emails confirmed receipt of order, layout and preview, cutting of glass’ printing and shipment.

I had a photo which I was keen to use for my splash back. The company was enthusiastic and keen to help giving personal help to use it despite it not really being top quality.
The staff went the extra mile to reassure me she would do all she could and true to her word she managed to process it.
My Splashback was delivered promptly and beautifully wrapped to avoid any damage.
