Our Chinese Office:We eliminate the international logistics and accountability problems by having full-time printing and logistics departments run from our Shenzhen office. Our team in China is at the printing factory regularly, doing press checks and quality control to make sure that every item we print meets our incredibly high standards.
Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.

Exceptional Quality & Overall Experience
I had an exceptionally great experience working with PrintNinja and I am extremely happy with the coloring books I ordered from them. The overall print quality came out amazing! The books look beautiful, feel high quality, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the final result. I ordered 100 books, and the vast majority were absolutely perfect.
There was one minor misprint where an extra color testing page appeared randomly in the middle of a single book, and one book had slightly off cover trimming that left a small white border at the bottom. Neither issue was a major concern for me, especially since all the other books were completely fine.
My only real area of feedback would be communication and shipping updates. Occasionally waiting up to 24 hours for an email response was a bit anxiety-inducing for me personally, especially being my first project like this, and the shipping updates felt slower than expected. That said, these were small issues compared to the overall quality and professionalism of the service.
Despite those minor points, the experience was absolutely amazing, and I would 100% use PrintNinja again for future coloring book projects. I’m incredibly happy with how everything turned out and would confidently recommend them to other artists and creators.

6 books weren't printed correctly
6 books weren't printed correctly. In the same email notifying of the issue, I asked to order one more batch and was told I'd receive a credit for the 6 books on my new order they just needed pictures. We were traveling for Christmas and I sent the pictures the next day. Then suddenly they reply stating they won't be printing my new order and if I wanted I would have to order 3x as many as I asked for and it would be an overseas purchase. Very untrustworthy. I will never order with them again.

Please know we understand your frustration and that you were caught off guard. Luckily, we were able to refund you for the 6 affected copies of your Domestic project ASAP. In all transparency, the closure is very painful for our team as well. The minimum order quantity of 250 units for perfect bound projects stems from the manufacturing method that takes place overseas, so a 6-unit order is not possible from a production standpoint. I was new to publishing. The staff suggested a free software program Canva since I didn't have any of the Adobe products mentioned on their web site Their website was great. It provided an excellent tutorial on the printing process and what was required for submission. The staff that I talked to in person or via email were all very helpful.

Amazing support from beginning to end
We wanted to work with a local business and we are extremely pleased that we got to work with PrintNinja for our trivia game. While all professionals in our day job, none of us knew exactly where to start when it came to making a physical card game. We reached out to PrintNinja early on and Laura K. was able to answer so many of our questions and walk us through the process. She had amazing customer care throughout our entire 2 year process and was there every step of the way - we are extremely grateful for her and also for Jen T., our prepress manager, who helped get this project across the finish line.
PrintNinja was so easy to work with and love that there were so many customizations and flexibility, as opposed to some of the other manufacturers we had reached out to early on in the process. The information that was sent over when making decisions was extremely clear and the video walkthroughs on their website were a lifesaver. They were extremely considerate during the the early 2025 tariff news and kept us updated on a regular basis to ensure we could order the final product with no issues. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped and we are extremely grateful that we worked with PrintNinja to bring Rich Auntie Trivia to life.

Excellent to work with
This was our first time printing a gift guide book, and so it took a little bit of work on our end to fix the design (a learning experience for us, some due to our own errors) but the PrintNinja team was very helpful. Our gift guides came out better than we hoped and at an extremely reasonable cost. We'll definitely be back for future print projects!

The support team is extraordinary. Timely, reliable and effective.
The final product was not as good of a quality as I expected. Perhaps adding photo or video samples of the different qualities will help customers understand the technical details of what they are looking for and paying for.
