Here’s how we do it:
Our American Office:We eliminate the language barrier by having full-time customer service and pre-press departments run from our Chicago office. We’re here to answer all of your questions, and to make sure everything about your order comes out exactly the way you intend it to. We also help you make sure your files are set up exactly right to prevent any surprises.
Our Chinese Office:We eliminate the international logistics and accountability problems by having full-time printing and logistics departments run from our Shenzhen office. Our team in China is at the printing factory regularly, doing press checks and quality control to make sure that every item we print meets our incredibly high standards.
Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.

Amazing As Always
Have not had a single issue since working with print ninja and again, I can not emphasize enough that it's AMAZING to have a domestic option so I can order smaller quantities and receive them much faster. PERFECT for what I am doing with my business and I can not recommend this option enough!

Working with PrintNinja.. I will never go back to other printers..
Every year my performance troop creates a magazine that we use for merch sales and fun barter items at some of our larger festivals. Not only did print Ninja save us money, they also saved me many headaches. Compared to other printing companies, I spent a few hundred less than I would have elsewhere, got double my order than I would’ve gotten elsewhere, and everything was shipped within a week.
The proof process was extremely easy and even though I was a little confused at first, my assigned print employee was extremely helpful and clear.
I will definitely only be working with this company from now on when it comes to printing magazines and booklets!

Easy, Honest, Fast, Helpful!
I had a small company project to complete for an in-house catalogue - the team at PrintNinja was so helpful in guiding me through the process, and when some images were below-grade they expressed an honest expectation and I am beyond satisfied with the completed project! This process could've been super complicated and confusing but thankfully, Campbell's help was thorough the entire way through and always responsive. Great First Book Publishing Experience
PrintNinja was great in guiding me through the book publishing process! Laura K. guided me to a great final product. I especially appreciated their help as this project is somthing I am doing on the side and not my main source of income.
A couple of the books came in damaged but they send an extra 20 books to compensate for any damaged books. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Reliable and Consistent - that's what I've been telling folks about PrintNinja. I've now printed several different editions of my publications and each time the quality is consistent - and consistently good.
