Friendly helpful staff who listened to our requirements and did not try to 'upsell'..
Products purchased appear to be well made, good value and fit for purpose.

The sales lady was very helpful and polite.
The product itself (cheese grater) works really well - so much better than a previous one (different make) - it is also nice and sharp

Because they have a small dishes in their shop which i was looking for.. very handy to cook two 😋.

I have visited ProCook shops in Street, Bath and other places but the Dorchester store was the best I’ve visited for range of products and helpful staff. I did tell them that on leaving. It was a breath of fresh air!

My recent purchase is perfect, an exclusive Picnic bag and blanket, nice quality and a great deal.
