The assistants were very helpful pointing out where things were the 20% off and getting another pan three for £80 by spending a further £5.00 which was very helpful. Thank you,

Visited the new store and made a purchase. The staff were very friendly and helpful .

Good range of kitchen products and excellent staff who have good knowledge of those products. New Harrogate shop was very helpful without being pushy.
My only negative is the endless sales and special offers but cutlery and crockery seem to always be “on offer” wherever you go nowadays .

Excellent. Bought an enamelled cast iron pot at less than half price . Love pro cook products have used there pans and knives for years and they are still going strong and remain in good condition.

Visited the Harrogate store as they were having a relocation sale. I love their cook ware. The staff in there are excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased some new bake ware and a frying pan. Things we have been going to get plus 30% discount. Will visit again when they have moved

We needed a good pan as ours had ,had its day. The lady who helped us was very good in showing us the type of pans we asked for. We chose one and it has been very functional to our needs in our home. We also bought some extra bits for the kitchen. It was an excellent time with a very knowledgeable of all pans available.

From entering the shop staff were helpful and informative. Got what I needed. New knife excellent. Jugs fit the bill.

Attentive, knowledgeable assistants. Lovely clean, well-stocked shop.
